Hotel is old but the room has enough space for 4 persons . Housekeep service is very bad and will not refill room stuffs -bath soap, towel, toilet paper, need to call everyday Canteen service and breakfast quality are good.

酒店認真好舊, 都是巴藉住客居多, 房間好舊好污穢, 唯獨是冷氣夠凍

訂了4人每人一床的房間,去到只有兩張單人床及一張雙人床,問前柗,他們表示其酒店的FAMILY SUIT就只有這種, 明明訂單是標明四人床的,但他們說這不是他們的問題,是訂購網絡(即EXPEDIA)的出錯; 在出發前又問他們有沒有新拖鞋提供,他們說有,但去到是沒有,要經很久的問,才有不知是新是舊的提供; 又在前柗問數次,四人車由酒店去機場多少錢,他們幾次也說是八百泰銖,怎知負責訂車的部門, 應該是替客人訂旅行團的COUNTER,却忽然加價要九百銖,真氣人.....

很近nana station 但酒店附近沒有小食攤檔 而且由於是單程路 很多的士司機只車到soi 7門口就停 要自己步入 員工服務好 有迎新飲品 多印度人 由於遲checkin獲得免費upgrade 房間很大 也很乾淨 但始終酒店較舊

酒店位置 比較雜一點, 要小心一點 服務質素 比較差 客房/酒店整潔度 入住時, 酒店裝修緊, 四處都是天拿味 没有下次

我們住的是雙臥室四人房,房間很大,舒適,地點位於BTS站(NANA)旁,走路約5分鐘,十分便利。且週圍有很多商店和小吃……一個晚上大約2500(TWD),是超值的選擇!

這個很重要，所以我第一個講，我訂了兩間房，第一間只有水量超小的溫水(the hot water ran very small and cold, not enough for December)，找人來修理，說要去樓上檢查後就消失了，第二間房間有很多蟑螂，位置還可以，離BTS距離走路約7分鐘，飯店外面就是夜市跟PUB，飯店網站說可以載我們去terminal 21，實際上叫我們自己想辦法，走過去約25分鐘，

附近離鬧區近 吃飯買宵夜很方便

We thought it is a two-bedroom suite but turn out it's only one room plus two beds in the living room.... very annoying..however the location is really nice, only 5 mins walk to Nana station. The staff is nice but not very good in English.

Walls are super thin. People entering and exiting in the next room sounds like in my room. It's quite unsettling, especially when they bring in ladies at 2am. Other than that the hotel and staff are great. Will stay again.

The facilities look very clean and new. Its located about 5 min walk from main street, so takes some time. The room was big, but noisy at times from other guests. The worst part was the smell. I had to change rooms twice. The third time was ok. The staff did all they could to fix things for me, happy with the staff, but not the hotel. Fix the plumbing please.

This was my fourth time staying in this nice friendly little hotel. They put me up in 508 which is a good little suite with bolted safe, on demand hot water, two rooms, and two TVs. The hotel is very quiet but in an excellent location. They are guest-friendly without any hangups. The price is right too. Recommend!!!

Mac Boutique Suites is on a quiet part of Soi 7 Sukhumvit but very close to the action. They allow visitors. The room has a safe. The property is clean and kept in good condition. They have elevators to the upper floors. Good place overall and a good value also.

The rooms are not upto mark as per price and they are old and worn off now..

年末の混雑時の利用だったからか、チェックインは結構バタついた模様だった。原因が分からなかったが予約した部屋は空いていなかったようでチェックイン当日は1つ上のグレードの部屋に止まったのだが、翌日部屋を変えてくれと言われ、パッキングしなおしをする羽目に・・・。 ルームキーも問題が・・・。今回3泊したのだが、2泊目でルームキーが無効化され、レセプションに行く羽目に。 数年近くここを定宿にしていたが、年々レベルが落ちていっている気がしており、別の定宿を探そうと思う。

喫煙部屋を希望していたのに禁煙部屋だった。 チェックイン時の対応は男性は良かったが女性は無愛想。 チェックアウト時は他の女性が対応してくれ好印象でした。 数年前に泊まった時より評価は下がるかな（個人的に）

stuff is very rode didnt care i booked the top junior suite and got the worst room ...they only think money no customer service not recommended

La camera non corrisponde con i metri quadri dichiarati ci sono solo 2 asciugamani da doccia e nessuno per la faccia se finisci il sapone ho il doccia schiuma devi richiederlo, abbiamo dormito dello studio e in un edificio a parte. La zona è tranquilla la reception deludente e vicino alla metro alla fine della strada fermata Nana. La doccia era piena di muffa e non si chiudeva, sarebbe da fare qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione
