Staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was made fresh to order! Loved the provided water bottles and filtered water, it really did prevent a lot of waste.

Everything was great. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms (including beds) were comfortable and the bathrooms simple but nice. The staff provide a simple but good breakfast (Western-style) to get your day started. The location is on the key side-street that leads to the beach, and is among restaurants, tour agencies, shops, and some bars (present but not bothersome). It is just a minute's walk to the main road, and you can get a massage within a few steps! They have a comfortable lobby and porch for a respite any time of the day. And the view from rooms facing the back is a pleasant grassy area beside a pond, with trees. Above all, the staff were great! Co-owner Visa was immensely helpful in salvaging a plan for our last day, which we had neglected to plan ahead. It turned out to be the best day of all! I highly recommend Nautical Home & Seashell House for a pleasant stay in Khao Lak.

Great property in the heart of Khao Lak village, just steps from night market and 12 min from the beach. Staff helped us to organize tours at affordable price, tasty breakfast. Family apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms was great for family with kids.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach. Definitely a very good option if you are staying in Khao Lak!

super hotel, trés agréable, personnel au petits soins pour les clients, on avait l'impression d'être dans une pension de famille, chambre spacieuse, belle douche, bien placé, bon breakfast, tout était parfait......sauf la wifi qui demande à être amélioré.

Hinterlässt man seine Mobilnummer, erhält man via WhatsApp Empfehlungen für Strände und Restaurants, die wirklich hilfreich sind. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend und gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, die Lage optimal, etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.

It is on a very nice little busy street in smaller town. Lots of shopping dining options for this area. It has been sound proofed against the street noises so it is relatively quiet. The staff is so good. Nice breakfast very safe and clean. Good vibe for sure. The price point is good. We will stay there again.

Positiv: • Das Personal, insbesondere die Besitzerin, ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. • Die Lage ist praktisch: nur 25 Minuten zum Strand und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants. Neutral: • Das Frühstück entspricht einem einfachen europäischen Standard – ausreichend, aber nichts Besonderes. Negativ: • Der Zimmerservice lässt zu wünschen übrig: Eine verstopfte Toilette wurde nicht gereinigt, und einmal war das Zimmer nach dem Service nicht abgeschlossen und stand offen. • Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, was bei empfindlichen Gästen den Schlaf stören könnte. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine gute Basis für Reisende, die keine allzu hohen Ansprüche haben und Wert auf freundlichen Service und eine gute Lage legen. Verbesserungen bei Sauberkeit und Sicherheit wären jedoch wünschenswert.
