方便的位置到了晚上也有東西可以吃，只是隔音稍微差一點點工作人員非常的友善

The hotel itself is nicely designed. However, the ENDLESS NOISE from the traffic was simply unacceptable. I booked the hotel for three nights and checked out after two unbearable nights. The noise of speeding cars and Tuk-tuks was nonstop throughout the whole night. I am not a light sleeper but the noise simply made my ears hurt. After the first night, I asked the morning staff if I could change to a quiet room. She did not even bother to check the system and said 'sorry, we are fully booked.' In the same evening, I asked a different staff, and the answer was that I would have to pay 600 Baht for each night to move to a different room. I refused and decided to book another hotel for my last night in Bangkok. Then, at midnight, I had to listen to the music of people doing recycling across the street for a whole hour. The sound of the truck and glass bottles was simply amazing. In the morning of the third day, they offered to let me change room. However, I was already fed up with the noise and booked another hotel. At checkout, they asked me to wait until they have checked the room before I could leave... This hotel is definitely the worst part of my trip. Of the 6 hotels I have stayed in Bangkok over the years, this is definitely a place I will NEVER ever recommend anyone. 超級霹靂無敵吵 整夜都是車聲，怕吵的人，千萬不要待

飯店的服務生都非常優秀。房間有點特別，如果跟不熟的朋友住會有點小尷尬，但是有帘子拉起來也還好。到碼頭非常方便，尤其是去 icon Siam 超近的

員工服務周到

預定二間雙人房中，有一間的浴室無法排水，後來雖順利更換房間，但畢竟淋浴到一半換房，蠻困擾的。櫃檯服務親切無比，值得讚賞。

It’s a cute and sweet hotel. Nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly. Pretty good breakfast considering the size of the hotel. Will definitely stay again next time in Bangkok.

Great hotel, opened for two months only. Looks exactly the same as the photos. No pool and gym, but the room is neat and cosy. Staff are very nice and helpful, we chatted a lot about our country, and got to know about Thailand from them too! Super sweet house-keeping service. Very close to the Robinson mall and BTS station, Pat Phong night market too. Got plenty of spa and bars nearby. Great stay here in Oriental Heritage Residence.

It was my 3rd time staying in this hotel, and I feel like I can go back anytime. If you're looking for a more boutique experience, the real, authentic Bangkok, and looking for a break from the so-busy Sukhumvit area, this can be the place for you. The hotel is also convenient for travelers who have business around Silom or the riverside areas such as Talat Noi or Song Wat.

The front desk staff today is extremely unhelpful. Our room was too warm & had a light shining at night and morning sun @6am. Today at checkout I asked if we can get a different room and they said no. We have a reservation for 27 June. The check in for this reservation will be at 2-3am. I requested check-in remote & were told not possible.

Second stay at Oriental Heritage, and the experience held up. Got a quiet room this time, well away from any street noise, which made a real difference. Staff were helpful and attentive, same as my first visit. For the price, it's hard to beat, especially if you're a solo traveler planning to spend time around the riverside. The location works in your favor if that part of Bangkok is where you actually want to be. Would happily come back.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfy. The staff is what set them apart, always friendly, helpful and genuine. I will stay here again. The location is close enough to the BTS. Iconsiam. Silom Rd. Anywhere else is 20ish minutes from the locations. See yall soon.

Perfect boutique hotel in the old town, close to amazing street art and connections around the city. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Highly recommended! And staff were warm and welcoming

Very nice place, perfect for our needs.

The staff is super friendly, helpful and always smiling. Once it’s dark around the hotel is a bit deserted but I never felt unsafe. Chinatown is a 30 min walk, you can walk like 10 min to the pier and go to ICOSIAM… really nice place
