First time going to Bangkok for vacation and finding a place to stay is not easy until I found this in app. Skeptical at first but turned out one of the best hotel service I've experienced feels like home for 5d4n. Even though located in small alley but this place nearby great spots indeed (Siam Paragon, Siam Square, MBK Center, Ratchatewi BTS, CentralWorld, Big C, Platinum and Pratu Nam Market). This hotel run by very nice family, daughter who greeted us warmly, aunty uncle who have been very kind including their staffs are very very helpful especially whenever we ordered grab (even they cannot speak English) they staff will check and wait in another alley to direct the driver to us. Another thing is they have very pretty room with lots (and free) snacks lol, not to mention their rooftop pantry is top notch! You know the home feels but its in other country very recommended 💕

I like this hotel, looks new. Very quiet. Not far from the shopping places and massage area. The staff/owner is very friendly and accommodating. Room is very clean. My only concern is it is a little far by foot and the alley is dark from the main street, we took grab car if we go out just to be safe

自分が泊まった部屋窓がなく狭いですが、非常に清潔で快適に過ごせるので、一人旅には良い。一泊にも関わらずスタッフに色々助かってもらったり、とても親切でタイ人の優しい人柄伝わります。またスワンナプーム空港へのアクセスも良く、ショッピング中心でバンコクを楽しみたい人にはおすすめのホテルです。また再利用したいと思います。

Staff was so friendly and kind! Also location is ok and easy to access by train, they had free snacks, coffee, etc
I really appreciated the help setting me the taxi to go to the airport in the middle of rain storm … property is very new and clean.

They have the nicest staff and free fruits, coffee, potato chips. The room was super clean and towels wrapped in plastic. Location is close to Siam center mall by taxi or tuk tuk. Price was to lowest in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at P18 Hotel for 6 nights. The staff were friendly and always smiling, ready to help us with what we needed. The rooms were clean. We had sufficient water, snacks and instant noodles from the lobby. Thank you P18 Hotel!

L’hotel est bien situé même si c’est dans une petite ruelle proche de MBK donc vraiment en centre ville. Le personnel est super gentil serviable souriant la seul chose qui m’as déçu j’avais une chambre côté cours donc sans fenêtre mais juste pour dormir c’est amplement suffisant et la télé dispose de Netflix et YouTube ^^
