We spent a week at Paradise Koh Yao at the end of January 2026. Initially, we were assigned bungalow 211, very close to the pool, but with so many children playing there, it was difficult to rest. Therefore, we asked to change and were moved to bungalow 221, which was much better. Both rooms were in excellent condition, spacious, and with all the amenities. The hornbill,what a bird, they are incredible,surely the stars of the show. The hotel food is very good, and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant, especially on the sand at night. However, the service is sometimes a bit slow, seemingly due to the kitchen.One day we ordered a room service and food came in layer lunch box,something unacceptable in a 4 star property . They frequently organize good barbecues with pleasant live music. The beach is good at high tide; otherwise, swimming is impossible. Breakfast is just ok but not spectacular; perhaps it's too strict with nothing else available besides the buffet, such as a smoothie. I made a mistake in my reservation by adding an extra night, but the management very kindly refunded me in the form of a resort credit. The noisy construction of more bungalows during peak holiday season is deeply reprehensible, regardless of the comfort of guests. Loud hammering and drilling could be heard in our room, sometimes even after 7 pm. I don't want to imagine what it was like in the rooms on the hill next to the construction site,truly disrespectful

What a great and peaceful resort ! Nestled in the jungle on a beautiful beach , wilts 2 restaurants , an activity center, a spa , it has everything you need. The scenery is spectacular. The staff is very friendly and super helpful ! We just loved it !

We were very satisfied with the hotel!! The staff were wonderful, and there was a wide range of activities to choose from during the day. The accommodations and the beach were absolutely fantastic. You truly feel well taken care of, a real Thai dream, and we will definitely be coming back.

Check-in was disappointing. Was asked to download an app but there was no QR code to follow through with. Water taxi was seamless and easy. Restaurant staff was great

Except for a small disagreement during check-in the stay was perfect. The resort is located on a secluded beach in the northern part of Koh Yao Noi. Access to hotel from the pier was via private taxi as the hotel does not provide shuttle from pier to resort. Upside: - I truly liked the room layout. It has an outdoor shower, and outdoor seating area - The resort is really serene. When I was staying there it didn't feel crowded at all. Downside: - Given it is a secluded resort, everything is more expensive: you need to pay 750Baht pp to travel to village, restaurants are truly expensive

Loved our stay! The view from our room was the best surprise. We also loved the breakfast buffet, the free yoga and boat tour. The resort is beautiful, clean and has lots of nature. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and activities.The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Our only regret is not booking for more that two nights. Would definitely recommend.

Un petit coin de paradis! Pas le meilleur endroit pour faire des excursions certes mais l'hotel est l'endroit parfait pour du repos et se retouver au calme. Les chambres avec jaccuzi sur terrasse sont spacieuses et tres bien equipes. A faire absolument !

This hotel was sensational. The rooms were stunning. So beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. Separate toilet. And a whole indoor our door shower. Honestly this place was amazing.

Hôtel en plein cœur de la nature , accessible uniquement par bateau depuis l’aéroport de Phuket. Personnel très serviable , à l’écoute et toujours souriant. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et se reposer.

Wauw, wat een fantastisch resort. Het eten was echt overheerlijk en uitzonderlijk gastvrij personeel. Wij vonden 4 sterren geen rechtdoen aan dit resort

Secluded and peaceful

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4,3/5 Das Paradise KohYao ist ein idyllischer Rückzugsort abseits des Massentourismus mit traumhafter Lage, großartigem Service in den Restaurants und einem entspannten Boho-Stil. Die Naturkulisse und das ruhige Ambiente sind perfekt zum Abschalten. Einige Zimmer wirken jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und der Service an der Rezeption könnte herzlicher sein. Der inkludierte Schnorchelausflug ist verzichtbar. Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht, wird hier glücklich – mit kleinen Verbesserungen könnte es ein echtes Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis sein.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und der Pool richtig groß zum Schwimmen. Ich bin mir allerdings nicht sicher ob genug Liegen sind wenn es komplett ausgebucht ist. Personal ist super freundlich. Allerdings sollte man schon bedenken daß man mobil (gut zu Fuß) sein sollte da die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist. Die Straße ist eine Katastrophe mit dem Motorrad gerade so machbar also nur fahren wenn man gut fahren kann und da das Schwesternhotel nebenbei hochpreisiger ist und das Spa für beide Hotels ist sind die Massagen dort doch Recht teuer für Thailand. Ansonsten ist alles schön und gepflegt und für ein paar Tage zum Relaxen zu empfehlen..
