入住經驗超差！入住時當天飯店也沒有給我我訂的房間規格入住時當天飯店也沒有給我我訂的房間規格！因為男老闆和男服務生竟然都會跟客人對罵！然後都是以價格來認定客人的！所以感覺很不好！以後不會再入住了

O hotel é bem localizado. É possível caminhas até várias principais atrações de Chiang Mai, e curtos percursos de táxi para as atrações com maior distância. O café da manhã é simples, mas condiz com a diária que é bem vantajosa pela localização. O problema, no meu caso, foi barulho. Muitos mochileiros hospedam-se neste hotel. O que significa muitos jovens barulhentos. O caso é que foi a reserva em abril de 2025 para me hospedar em janeiro de 2026. Enviei várias mensagens ao hotel solicitando que nos colocasse em um quarto silencioso, pois tenho sono leve e acordo com facilidade. O quarto que me foi dado, 206, fica ao lado, literalmente, de uma casa com um grande lago de carpas, que tem um motor barulhento que fica ligado à noite. Alguns hóspedes sentaram-se à minha porta e ficaram conversando até às 22h30, com duas crianças correndo pelo corredor. Os quartos não tem telefone e a recepção fecha às 21hs. Vc não tem a quem recorrer. Reclamamos muito no dia seguinte, quando nos deram uma outra suíte somente para passar a noite até os hóspedes barulhentos irem embora no dia seguinte. O hotel tb aceita cachorros. Enfim. Se vc tiver orçamento fique em um hotel mais caro, com certeza o conforto, em todos os sentidos, será melhor. Gostaria de destacar a amabilidade dos funcionários. Isso agradou muito. E a compreensão na questão do barulho.

A beautiful hotel, so close to everything! We had a great time in Chaing Mai and the staff in the hotel were so hospitable. Would stay again.

Wonderful hotel. Great location, lots of things to do and to eat around area within walking distance. (Sunday night market is a must see). Also easy to get bike or car for travel. Communication with hotel was exceptional and check in and check out were seamless. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel grounds feels like you are in a jungle area. Calm and quiet. Pool is small but nice. Coffee shop located on site. Breakfast was good. We booked a room and it had no hot water. Contacted the front desk and online support. While we on a tour, they packed up our room and upgraded us to a new room. Was worried with the move without us there but they used bags to pace our stuff in for each access. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, walkable to the night bazaar and other hotspots in chiang mai. The hotel room had a ceiling fan which was useful if you don’t like AC (there was also a AC unit).

This is a nice budget option with clean rooms and nice staff in a nice area in the old city. I arrived early and I was able to check in. I left early in the morning and they offered a to go breakfast which was very thoughtful. The negatives were a pretty hard bed and a very cold swimming pool. But I would still recommend it.

This property was beautiful. It was clean, quiet, around the corner from a great market and near all kinds of shops and food. The staff was very helpful any time we had a question.

i chose this place based on reviews. however, when i arrived, it was less than. initially booked 3 nights, checked out after 1 night and forfeited my money for the remaining 2 nights. the room itself was spacious, but extremely dated. the room and property are very dark and dingy. the bathroom needs a reno, i didn’t even bother to shower here as there was a sewer smell emitting from the bathroom. they still have a traditional key to which they require a 500 baht cash deposit. my door didn’t have a doorknob, only a deadbolt - didn’t like that. there is no front desk or security after 9pm, felt unsafe as a female solo traveller with no other security barriers. anyone can essentially just walk in and wander the building. i noticed the ceiling tile above my unit door was missing - raised concerns for me. there is no elevator. the bed was solid. there is a water fill station in the lobby. the AC worked fine. walkable to plenty of shops and cafes, laundry, restaurants. the pool is ground level which is strange. the staff were friendly. overall, at $100CAD/night - not worth it for me.

A really nice place in the old town. We can highly recommend to others. We are a family with 3 younger kids. Quiet hotel, nice helpful staff. The breakfast is a bit expensive compared to the offering, but there are other good places close by. The pool area is a bit close to the road, and maybe not as idyllic as on the picture, but all the other positive things outweighs that. We will for sure stay here again if we come back to Chiang Mai 👌

okay place to stay

The property itself was very beautiful and unique. My issue was with the air conditioning/fans. The air conditioning did not blow cold air and the overhead fans were very noisy to the point that we could barely use. Had it not been for the cooling issues, this would have been my favorite stay in Thailand.
