สะอาดดี บริการดี okเลยครับ ติดตรงที่ แถวนั้นไม่ค่อยมีที่กิน แต่ยังดีที่หน้าแากซอยมี7-11 ปล.จริงๆโรงแรมก็มีพวกข้าวแช่แข็งบริการด้วยๆนะ

This is our 5th or 6th stay at VST, we very happy to stay here every time we visit Bangkok. Even though the breakfast choice still debatable but is acceptable overall. All the staffs are very friendly especially front desk, but there is one guy with bold head (apologized for not knowing his name), we feels he can improve so much on his service & attitude especially he always kind of show his moody face whenever we saw him around. Usually when we are having breakfast at the hotel, the staff will approach us on do we want some fried sunny egg, we loved this approach so much. During one breakfast, coincidentally he is around when we order fried egg from one of the staff. He come over & try to tell us there is egg at the buffet area, but we told him we just would like to have the fried sunny egg, he kind of showed us the "eyes" & turn around then murmuring in Thai language while ordering the fried egg for us. We are not trying to make his life difficult, but we do really hope he can improve on his attitude. We still recommend VST Residence for those who visit Bkk but may need to try avoid him during the stay.

+: 1. the room is as shown in pic, big & spacious, clean, nice view 2. 7-11 is within 3 mins walk 3. front desk is friendly -: 1. the wifi service is so inconsistent 2. the breakfast dishes is same menu everyday & oily.

Overall I have a pleasant stay at VST Residence, the staff is friendly, the room is new, plenty of space & clean, plenty of car park. 7-11 is nearby, market & food stalls is within the area too. The downside are the water heater’s temperature is inconsistent, the WiFi’s signal is so weak (probably due to I’m on the highest floor & corner room), the biggest problem is the aircond’s direction is blow directly to the bed where we encounter several headache.
