優點:酒店大,花園大,泳池大,員工好,每日有不同活動,鄰近游艇碼頭環境優美,以這價錢全包渡假是超值的 缺點:有部份地方頗舊,例如設計,地毯,餐廳,但這些要全面翻新才可改變 整體是舒適的

Great entertainment, friendly staff. Room did not have bottled water, did not have fridge then received a fridge but it did not keep anything cold. Good wine selection. Food was okay but kinda bland.

Das Hotel hat prinzipiell eine sehr schöne Anlage. Es ist leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man merkt, dass sie sich nach und nach um alles kümmern. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde beispielsweise die komplette Außenbestuhlung erneuert und auch die Wege wurden ausgebessert durch Malerarbeiten. Die Grünflächen werden sehr gut gepflegt, was auch deutlich sichtbar ist. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch ok. Allerdings war das Bad wirklich nicht in Ordnung. Das Waschbecken konnte nur ohne Stöpsel verwendet werden, da das Wasser sonst nicht abgelaufen ist, das Wasser in der Badewanne/Dusche ist ebenfalls nur schwer abgelaufen und an der Badewannenwand war Schimmel… Das Buffet des Hotels war sehr lecker und auch die Speisenauswahl sowie die Abwechslung war toll. Leider gab es viele Gäste, die sich für etwas besseres hielten und sich zum einen vorbeidrängen sowie auch die Teller bis obenhin vollschlagen mussten.. dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts! Am Strand waren wir nur einmal, da es für uns ein zu langer Sandweg war, hier wäre ein Holzweg bis zu den Liegen durchaus angebracht! Vor allem für Familien. Dafür waren wir aber begeistert vom Pool! Abends sind wir gerne in die Stadt gelaufen, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub und bis auf das Badezimmer sowie den langen Strandweg haben uns nur die egoistischen Gäste gestört, wofür das Hotel nichts kann, da hatten wir einfach Pech.

Stayed at the Marco Polo for 8 days with my partner. The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. On arrival reception staff were friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Rooms are cleaned daily, have a mini fridge and come with little extras, I thought the razors were a nice touch. The grounds were extremely well maintained. Facilities were limited only due to the time of year so the outdoor pool was drained, which looks like it would be amazing in summer. The indoor pool was lovely and the spa was still open. The smaller restaurant was used for meal times as it was out of season, adequate size for the amount of guests at the hotel, food was tasty and varied and the restaurant staff were polite and helpful. All the bar staff were amazing, but a special mention for Ezzeddine, Slim and Ridha you are fantastic, you made us feel right at home and made us laugh endlessly. The only negative we have was there was no animation throughout the daytime to help with the hotel being so quiet. I understand it is difficult when the hotel is quiet but i feel more effort could have been made. On the night, animation was better in the Oasis bar. You could request any music you like and dance away. Karaoke was on one night right next to the bar which everyone enjoyed. I would suggest maybe a quiz night or bingo night too etc. Overall a fantastic hotel, we would definitely stay again

Je trouve que l’hôtel se dégrade par rapport aux derniers séjours que nous avons effectués. C’est vraiment dommage car nous aimions beaucoup cet hôtel
