Trop de bruit

Trovare questa struttura col navigatore di Google Mpas e per di più alla mezzanotte passata, è quasi impossibile. Si arriva in una strada buia che finisce con un muretto di confine con la spiaggia. In realtà alla struttura si accede da una via parallela tramite un sentiero quasi invisibile che porta alla spiaggia. All'arrivo è subito evidente che trattasi di una topaia, dove al piano terra c'è un locale con la musica a palla e parecchia gente che entra ed esce dallo stesso. La reception è buia e polverosa. Quello che dovrebbe essere un portiere di notte, ci ha accompagnati in camera al primo piano. E' quanto di peggio si possa immaginare, una camera male illuminata, spoglia, polverosa e ciliegina sulla torta, il bagno sporco e dotato di un solo asciugamani. La tazza del wc era stata usata e non avevano neppure tirato lo sciacquone. Ho chiamato il tipo alla portineria che è venuto a vedere e poi ha mandato una signora a pulire. Nel corso della notte il bagno si è allagato per via di una perdita d'acqua che probabilmente veniva dalla doccetta. Al mattino ho trovato un altro albergo e siamo letteralmente scappati rinunciando alla prevista seconda notte (che avevo già pagato). Quando al mattino abbiamo detto al tipo della reception (sempre lo stesso) che saremmo andati via perché l'albergo faceva letteralmente schifo, ha risposto con una scrollata di spalle. Ho presentato reclamo a Expedia perché voglio il risarcimento per la notte pagata e non goduta.

In hotels viene dato come 3 stelle. Non arriva nemmeno a una stella. Struttura quasi pericolosa per la gente che frequenta il loro bar intero. Wifi inesistente, nessuna colazione, camere sporche e orribili. Camere poco sicure con evitenti segni di scasso. Biancheria sporca e puzzolente. Mi chiedo se vengono controllate le strutture prima di inserirle nel portale. Siamo dovuti andare via.

Très sale et manque de service à la clientèle

Une vue sur la mer très agréable. Le personnel très gentils. Accueil hôtel H24, surveillé avec des agents de sécurité.

Free parking and sea view were the only good points.

The staff were this hotel's best feature - they were kind and courteous. Their restaurant/bar too was good. Not fancy but food quality and value were both very good. At one time, the facility may have been a good hotel. But at the time of my stay, it was quite run down. Their restaurant/bar becomes a club at night and loud music plays into the morning. This was not an issue for me but it may be for others. The elevator is also non functioning - again, not an issue for me but it may be for others. The exterior had terrible 'curb appeal.' The bathroom seemed to be recently renovated but water for the shower never got warm and the air conditioner blew warm air. Luckily the cool evening breeze helped! The beach setting is nice however the presence of people riding their dirt bikes ruined the atmpsphere - and the sand. This hotel has a lot of potential but in its current state, I would not stay here again - even if the nightly rate was halved.

Waterfront views and can hear the waves in the room. The club downstairs does play bass music till 2 am but level is bearable. Not an issue for me. Very convenient to get to grocery stores and eateries in the neighborhood about 3 blocks away. Love my stay
