Le séjour était très agréable mes enfants ont beaucoup aimé les animations, les toboggans et la nourriture qui a été diverses je dit que j'ai passé un excellent séjour avec mes enfants

Second visit here and have already booked for next year, grounds , beach, food & staff 4 star , fantastic family resort. Rooms a little on the small side, daily room cleaning a bit hit and miss , all inclusive drinks ok ,cocktails very sweet and made with syrups not fresh ingredients , paid for cocktails were better this year than previous visit. Hired beach Cabana for our whole stay which was fabulous , the beach is beautiful and better than many four star resorts we have stayed at! Water sports & activities great value and made our stay even more enjoyable. Although graded a 3 star resort it has many 4 star attributes and only falls short on the little luxury's ( beach towels, mini bar, drinks quality , room size , room service & not 24hr all inclusive) not having these did not detract from our experience as a family holiday but wouldn't suit us a couples break.

Cette évaluation ne concerne pas l'hôtel sahara beach que j'aime beaucoup. Ça concenre hôtel.com ou expédia. qui ne peux même pas assumer une erreur survenu lors de ma réservation, L'histoire c'est que j'ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 4 ans et 10 ans et à ma surprise à l'arrivée, l'hôtel me réclame une somme de 1680 DT (506 €) suplementaires vu que sur la confirmation envoyer a l'hôtel c'est mentionné 2 bébés et non pas 2 enfants de 4 et 10 ans Après presque 4 heures de négociations avec les responsables, j'ai du accepter de payer la somme réclamer avec une remise soit 438,14€ vu que ma famille et moi nous étions très fatigué apres le voyage Bien évidemment j'ai contacter hotel.com par mail et aussi par téléphone envoyer ma facture plus le relve bancaire pour demander un remboursement, malheureusement ma demande na pas était accepter en me disant que l'hôtel ne veut pas rembourser. La responsablite est la votre (hotel.com) et non pas a l'hôtel. Merci pour votre professionnalisme.

This property was so big, so much to do if you wanted to, so many pool to choose from so dident have to get up really early you always got a place thanks to the lovely pool lads, staff were lovely a tip goes along way but nothing was to much trouble for them, food was lovely so much choice, beach gorgeous, rooms weren’t over big but lovely sea view, Entertainment team great not pushy if you dident want to join in, also gave us a room for ourselves to get ready to depart without charge was great I go to turkey every year and it’s double the price of this hotel so for the small things that are not include like beach towels, fridge in room which you can hire, water stations around the pool it’s great value, will be coming back next year. Thanks for a great hiliday

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Sahara Beach juillet 2024, comme d'habitude l'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, les piscines et les chambres sont très propre, le buffet est très variées et super bon, tout est parfait pour nous et nous avons été très bien reçus, je tiens à remercier tous le staff de l'hôtel, nous venons et nous revenons à Sahara Beach depuis quelques années avec les yeux fermés, vous nous manquez déjà à très bientôt

Un merveilleux séjour passé dans cet hôtel..un vrai paradis sur terre.le personnel a assuré sur tous les niveaux, sécurité, propreté, chambres,plage,animation et nourriture..un grand Bravo à toute l' équipe de Sahara Beach

Animation top et propre pas beaucoup de choix pour restaurant beaucoup de bruit de boite de nuit de 11:30 a 2h on peut pas dormir Chambre propre aquaparc top

Tout est parfait !, tres bon soutien dans toutes les questions posées. reste la literie à ameliorer

This property was a great surprise for me. I was at a 4 star hotel Rosa beach and service was bad and the room was not clean and all 4 stars hotels were booked so i had to book this hotel and it was amazing! receptionist Mohamed was so helpful and the staff of the dining room were 5 stars service and the food was great and different every day too! 5 stars

excellent hotel en particulier si vous avez des enfants ou des adolescents. je passe mes vacances depuis plusieurs années chez eux. mes enfants qui sont des adolescent maintenant l aiment.

Dejligt ophold på 1 uge i efterårsferien med god sol og lækre omgivelser. Værelserne er ikke som på billederne - de er blevet renoveret og er nu meget bedre! Personalet samt animation-holder er både venlige og underholdende. Maden er det eneste der ikke er helt i top, for man bliver træt af det selvom der er nye retter til hver måltid - der måtte gerne være mere smag i maden!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Leider ist es nicht mehr so das man einen festen Sitzplatz im Restaurant hat. Täglich sitzt man an einem anderen Tisch!!!

Was relaxing for me and my daughter loved it. The entertainment was best I’ve seen in an all inclusive.
