AC wasn’t working the staff was not helpful Manager has one of the worst customer service they gave us fans to spend the night and won’t refund us the money we have pictures of fans in our room when AC wasn’t working I talked to expedia people and provided them pictures but they don’t care about the customers who pay money to book hotels and flights but at the end expedia is on the hotels side they’re policy is that no matter what customer says hotel managers are rite and the customers are wrong but overall this hotel is crap and don’t book your room at this hotel

Fantastic location walk to just about everything
Breakfast buffet looks good on the promotion photo but in reality it’s probably a 7 out of 10
Over all I highly recommend this hotel especially for those on a budget
