Supremely elegant room, with high ceilings, chandalier and window details. Exceedingly comfortable with an excellent bathroom. A pleasure to stay here. Supremely walkable, and exceedingly close to a 300 year old Hamman. Phenomenal staff. And finally a complementary breakfast.

I’ll stay here everytime I come back to Istanbul. Staff is very helpful & professional. Property is 5 min walk from Blue Mosque & 8 from Hagia Sophia; many eateries right outside, prime location. Tram station is 3 min walk away so you can catch public transportation to almost anywhere in Istanbul.

The heat in the room for the duration of our stay was unbearable, I can understand that the time of the year allows for heating to be on but it would be good if each room is allowed to control the temperature according to how their room temperature is. . I wish I had brought my fan and I asked from the local shops to buy but there wasn’t any available in them.

Ficamos muito satisfeitas com nossa estadia. Desde a reserva, tiraram minhas dúvidas com relacao a transfer, lugar para guardar bagagem, etc. fomos bem recepcionadas, o funcionario Ahmet foi muito prestativo desde auxiliar carregar e guardar malas, ate mesmo nos ajudar com orientacoes de uso de transporte publico o que facilitou nossa viagem! Tambem demos sorte que houve possibilidade de um early check in. O quarto é muito amplo, confortavel e bem equipado. Chuveiro excelente. O hotel é muito bem localizado. Voltaria e recomendo com certeza!

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, huone oli tilava ja erittäin siisti. Aamiainen oli hyvä päivän aloitus. Palvelu oli myös erittäin hyvää, erityisesti vastaanotossa työskennellyt Mubashir oli hyvin avulias, asiansa osaava, miellyttävä, puhui hyvää englantia.

Room was big, penser ans staff Nice and helpful. Location is excellent, and breakfast was very Honest for à hôtel of that size.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony and sea view. Great location minutes from Sultanahmet mosque, Aya Sofia mosque, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and tram stops (Sultanahmet & Çemberlitaş). All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially Ahmet.

Very close to the most of the places to go.
