Very disappointing experience. The only positive point of this hotel is its good location. It is advertised as a four-star hotel, but in reality it does not even meet basic standards and feels closer to a one-star property. The staff do not speak English, which made communication very difficult. There was a strong smell of smoke everywhere in the hotel. They changed our room after we complained, but the new room still smelled of smoke. The rooms are very small, very noisy, the beds are uncomfortable, and cleanliness was below acceptable standards. Overall, the hotel did not feel well maintained or welcoming, and it was difficult to rest because of the noise. Breakfast was also disappointing. If you arrive after 8:00 a.m., many plates are empty and the food is not properly refilled, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming four-star standards. What was even more frustrating was the situation with my family’s reservation. Their booking was non-refundable, but because their flights were cancelled, their travel agency contacted the hotel to request an exceptional gesture such as a partial refund or a voucher. The hotel did not reply, did not show any understanding for the situation, and kept the reservation active. This showed a complete lack of compassion and customer care. I would not recommend this hotel because of the poor service, misleading star rating, lack of communication, uncomfortable conditions, disappointing breakfast, and absence of humanity…

23-25 Nisan arasında Funda Otele misafir oldum. Otel çalışanlarını ve yönetimini başarılı çalışmalarından dolayı kutluyorum. Uçağım erken saatte geldi ve otele erken ulaştım. Yağmur ve fırtınada zor şartlarda ulaşınca sağ olsunlar. Kaydımı hemen tamamlayıp, hemen odayı hazırladılar. Oda tertemizdi. Şehrin çok işlek bir noktasında olmasına rağmen hem etrafta hem de otelde ses yoktu. Kahvaltı oldukça güzeldi, kahvaltı manzarasını anlatmayayım gelin görün bonus olsun :) Çoğu yere ulaşımın başlangıç noktasında bulunuyor. Fiyat performans olarak da makul buldum. Trabzon'u ziyaret edecek eşime dostuma konaklamak için 1.sırada tavsiye edeceğim.

チェックインの際の対応は良かったですが、部屋のエアコンの効きが少し良くなかったのは残念です。建物も少し古い感じがしました。 朝食は利用していません。

I can't say enough about this hotel. We had an outstanding experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The staff were attentive, polite and fabulous. The location of the hotel was as good as you could expect - close to the edge of the manic and exciting Trabzon market area. The breakfast was an experience - lots of different foods and very high quality and great presentation. Overall, this hotel puts most of the many US hotels I've stayed in to shame. Thanks for the great experience!

Nice hotel for the price. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Close to the sea and the city center.

Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Tek sorun benim kaldığım oda bina boşluğuna bakıyordu. O nedenle o da içi çok da havalanmıyordu. Konumu çok merkezi. Otopark problemi yaşamadım arkadaşlar ilgileniyorlar. Restaurant yemek gibi olanaklarını denemedim. Sadece 1 gece konakladım. Tekrar trabzona gelirsem yine tercih edebilirim.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Funda Hotel. We booked for two nights and decided to stay for an extra night. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and excellent shower. Excellent breakfast with good choice of food. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location with shops and centre of town nearby.

Otel in yeri çok güzeldi. Trabzon meydanına, çarşısına çok yakın ve ulaşım yerlerine çok yakın olmasından dolayı rahatlık sağlıyor. Otel de denize karşı kahvaltı edebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca en üst katında keyifli zaman geçirebileceğiniz bir restaurantı var. Odalar temiz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çok yardımseverdiler. Biz aile odası seçtik konforlu olmasına rağmen camlar bina içi boşluğa bakıyordu. Bizim için tüm gün dışarıda vakit geçirdiğimizden dolayı sorun olmadı. Kalmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

War mittlerweile das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. War es beim ersten Besuch super, muss ich es beim 2. Besuch schmälern. Das Badezimmer war nicht zum 100% sauber (lange schwarze Haare) vorhanden, auch nach einem weiteren Tag/Reinigung. Das Inventar im Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Leider wurde Zimmer auch geraucht, sodass es nicht sehr schön war.
