奥陆丹尼兹酒店

房间在一楼，双人床太小，105房间设施基本都是坏的，最后给换到114房间了，凑合一晚，早餐一般，价格决定一切，海边的酒店也只能说勉强了。

Avoid this hotel at all costs! An absolute disgrace. We specifically requested a room in a quieter part of the hotel. On the first morning we were woken up by loud noise outside our room from 6am - 8am, when we raised this reception told us "this is impossible" because they have sound proofing. We went to the room, I stood on the balcony and the staff pretended they couldn't hear me speak, thankfully my partner was there and called them out for lying. On day two we returned back to our room to find the roof had leaked and was flooding our room, the bed was soaked the floor was wet and items in our suitcase were wet too. That same evening, music suddenly started playing outside by the pool right across from our room at insanely loud levels. I can't emphasise enough how insanely loud this music was. It turns out the owner of the hotel had invited 30 of his university friends for a party at his hotel! They brought a giant sound system blasting music for around 4 hours straight. The staff kept saying it would end soon, hours later it was still going, most of the staff had left, the only one still there told us "It's the bosses friends there's nothing I can do" and the man behind the bar even told us that we have no right to complain because "this is tourism" and they're legally allowed to blast music like this until 1am. Needless to say we checked out the next morning and got the money back for the rest of our stay. I wouldn't come back to this hell hole if they paid me.

Genel olarak izlenimlerim iyiydi. Denize ve çarşıya yürüme mesafesi olması benim için öncelikliydi. Oda düzenli olarak her gün temizleniyordu ancak kuru paspasla siliyorlar bu da çok hızlı tozlanmasına sebep oluyor, ve dolap-sehpa üzerindeki tozlar alınmıyordu. Banyo giderlerinden çok kötü koku geliyordu, bu çok kötüydü benim için. Ancak çıkarken camları ve wc kapısını açıyordum döndüğümde çok koku olmuyordu. Banyodaki kullanılan musluk, şampuanlık, klozet, duvar fayansları eskimişti, onların yenilenmesi gerek. Klima çalışıyor ancak görünüşte içi pisti ve bu çok sağlıksız. Personel ilgili ve kolaylaştırıcıydı, teşekkür ediyorum kendilerine. Kahvaltı fena değil, orta halliydi. Saat olarak sonlarına kalmamalısınız, bitiyor börek gibi şeyler çünkü. Oda metrekaresi baya küçüktü valizi açınca çok az yer kalıyor hareket etmeye. Ben tek kişi konakladım. Tekrar gider miyim, olabilir.

4 gece konakladık. Otelin konumu çok iyi yürüyerek kumburnu plaja ve akşamları çarşı merkeze rahat gidebiliyorsunuz en iyi yanı bu. Kahvaltı sadece midenizi bastırması için öyle çok bir beklentiniz olmasın. Odalardaki eşyalar evet eski fakat temizliği iyiydi özellikle çalışanların kullandığı deterjanlara baktık yani her yer temiz görünüyordu. Havuzu biz kullanmadık ama her akşam temizlendiğine şahit olduk temiz duruyordu. Bir daha ölüdenizde sadece kahvaltı konseptli bir otel ararsak tercihimiz burası olur. Bizce 8/10 bir otel.

very good staff and perfect customer service

Il giorno dell'arrivo, il pavimento della camera era sporco e in doccia c'era un oggetto dei precedenti ospiti e un pezzo dello scopino del wc. Ho fatto notare la situazione alla reception, hanno mandato subito la signora delle pulizie, ma non hanno rimosso nè quando lasciato dal precedente ospite, ne il pezzo dello scopino del wc. Facendo la doccia mi accorgo che gli erogatori di shampoo e bagnoschiuma sono pieni di acqua, non una goccia di sapone, li lascio smontati in doccia in modo che si capisca che sono da cambiare, ma la sera dopo li trovo uguali, quindi vado io alla reception per averli nuovi e li monto io. Il giorno dopo, al mio rientro nel tardo pomeriggio, trovo la porta del balconcino aperta, la mia camera era al piano terra, con vista sul giardino posteriore, quindi è stata lasciata a libero e indisturbato accesso di chiunque. Decido quindi di usare la cassaforte, ma è chiusa, nessuno si è preoccupato di controllarla, vado alla reception per farla aprire. Il giorno seguente rientro nel tardo pomeriggio e la camera NON è stata pulita, per nulla. Vado alla reception, e viene rifatta mentre vado a cena. Forse sono pochi, non voglio dare la colpa solo alle signore, ma il servizio è scarso. A favore, devo dire grazie a 2 ragazzi che sono venuti subito a prendere un piccione che non si muoveva, dal mio balcone. - Piscina pulita e tenuta bene Giardino pulito e ben tenuto. Colazione molto buona e piacevole a bordo piscina

We had a great stay at this hotel. We used two rooms since we are a family of 5 but it wasn’t a problem they put us within close proximity. The breakfast was awesome. The only small issue was the hotel is a bit outdated so the air conditioner was struggling to cool the room and the shower door was a bit loose but again no big deal because for the price and the area everything was on point. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and 5 min drive from blue lagoon. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Otel konum olarak ve temizlik olarak iyidi, genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tek sorun bardan bir cola istediğimde bunu büyük şişeden bardağı koyup servis etmeleri ve bunun için 100 tl talep etmeleri. 100 TL’ye toptan 5 adet litrelik şişe alıyorlar.. biz ise bir bardak için verdik.

Tam bir 2000’ler tatil köyü, denize 5 dakika havuz başında güneşlenmek keyifli. Kahvaltı daha taze olsun isterdik.

Temizlik kötü, wc lekeli, kapı etraflarında hep kurum vardı. Çarşaflar lekeliydi. Odaya ait su verilmiyor. Odalar rutubet ve küf kokuyor. Kahvaltı çok kötü kalitesiz domates salatalık etrafında bi Sürü sinek uçuşuyor

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine Enttäuschung. Die Armbanduhr meiner Frau wurde gestohlen, und obwohl wir das sofort gemeldet haben, wurde unser Anliegen vom Hotelpersonal komplett ignoriert. Keine Unterstützung, keine Bemühungen, das Problem zu lösen. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war nicht sauber, und es waren noch Dinge vom vorherigen Gast in der Dusche und im Kühlschrank vorhanden – darunter Getränke und Essensreste. Das Zimmer selbst war extrem eng, und weder das WC noch die Dusche hatten eine funktionierende Lüftung, was den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer machte. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen und können es niemandem empfehlen.

Temizlik disinda hersey cok guzeldi. Ailecek rahatlikla kalinacak bir hotel. Calisanlar cok ilgili ve zamaninda geri donusler yapildi.

Genel olarak personel ilgili otelin lokasyonu çok iyi. Kahvaltı ve temizlik orta düzeyde. Gün içinde dışarıda olup sadece akşam yatmak için kullandık bizim için yeterli idi

Oda biraz küçük, hareket alanı dar, tuvaletler bakımsız.her gün temizlik yapılıyor sanıyorsunuz fakat pek de öyle değil. Temiz havlu getiriyolar sanırım sadece. Kahvaltılar pek iyi değil, çeşit az ve paketli ürünlerin bir kısmı bozuk gibiydi. Resepsiyondaki görevlinin asık suratlı ve ilgisiz tavırları da pek hoş değildi.
