Shower system of the bath room could be improved… it keep making all floor wet

Near the seafront and beatutiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a room towards the street and the street was busiy and you could here som noice. But the room was magnificent. A lovely roof terrace but unfortanatly it closed at 6 pm.

Everything was excellent. If i can say something is only the fact that the outdoor pool and also the hole space around the pool is very small.

Mükemmel bi otel deneyimiydi. Çok memnun kaldık. İlgili ve güler yüzlü çalışanlar konforlu temiz bir oda. Deniz manzaralı keyifli bir kahvaltı yaptık çok keyifliydi✨ bizim tarihlerimizde Pagos bar kapalıydı önceden teyit etmeyi tavsiye ederim

Awesome facility. It beat our expectation. Our whole family loved it. I usually don't write reviews but I feel if I don't do it for this hotel it will be a misjudgement. Loved everything even metion one thing would be discredit to other thing.

Oda çok temiz, çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgili, konum harika

Room was discord spacious, modern, clean. Comfortable bed and relaxing shower. Would definitely stay here and even considering staying in other Marriots on my next adventure.

Otel çok yeni ve çok temiz. Tüm personel çok ilgiliydi. Bir organizasyon sebebiyle küçük çocuklarımız da yanımızda olduğu için 1 saat geç check out yapmamıza müsaade ettiler. Kahvaltı çok başarılıydı. Otelin yeri çok güzel. Girişte yardımcı olan bellboy arkadaştan çıkıştaki front desk yöneticisine kadar tüm personel çok güleryüzlü ve çok ilgiliydiler. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz. İzmir’e tekrar geldiğimizde mutlaka yine Marriott’ta konaklayacağız.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir unfreundlich empfangen, und dieser Eindruck zog sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt. Als Hotelgäste wollten wir am Abend lediglich kurz sehen, wie die Dachterrasse aussieht. Noch bevor wir überhaupt etwas verlangt oder nach einer Ausnahme gefragt hatten, wurden wir in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton abgewiesen. Es ging nicht darum, dass die Terrasse geschlossen war, sondern um die Art, wie mit Gästen gesprochen wird. Auch beim Frühstück war der Service schwach. Obwohl genügend Plätze frei waren, wurde uns kein Tisch angeboten. Wir erhielten weder Besteck noch wurden wir nach Getränken gefragt. Obwohl es kein Selbstbedienungskonzept ist, musste ich meine Getränke selbst holen. Als ich zwei Cappuccinos zum Tisch trug, sah eine Mitarbeiterin dies, bot aber keinerlei Hilfe an. Die einzige positive Ausnahme war der Mitarbeiter an der Kaffeemaschine – freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Zudem zeigte das Hotel bei einem familiären Notfall keinerlei Kulanz, obwohl ich meinen Aufenthalt lediglich um eine Woche verschieben wollte. Beim Check-out fragte man zwar, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen sei. Als ich ehrlich antwortete, dass es eher „geht so“ war, zeigte niemand Interesse an meinem Feedback oder fragte nach den Gründen. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich deutlich mehr Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Gastorientierung erwartet. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmals buchen.

Personalet var super søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. Værelset var rent og lækkert. Beliggenhed var helt perfekt.
