Öncelikle otel konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde personelleri ise birbirinden iyi ve güler yüzlü sorun çözmeye yönelik insanlar ilgili ve alakalılar… bizim karşılaştığımız sorun ise odanın ısınma ve soğuma problemi cam kenarlarından aşırı rüzgar giriyor ve ısıtma sitemi sürekli açılıp kapanıyor eşyanın taniatı gereği çoğu eşya eskimiş durumdaydı

I am writing to share my experience during my stay from January 16th to 19th. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and provided a highly comfortable environment. I particularly appreciated the excellent guest service; when I mentioned that the hairdryer in the room was underpowered, the staff promptly provided a high-performance one at no extra charge. Combined with the delicious breakfast and the convenient location, I had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay at Mövenpick Bosphorus was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Every request was met with swift responses, which made us feel truly cared for throughout the week.
The spa, wellness center, and gym were a highlight of our visit. Each facility was beautifully maintained and offered the perfect balance of relaxation and energy. After a day exploring Istanbul, unwinding at the spa or recharging in the gym felt like a luxury we deeply appreciated.
Breakfast was another memorable part of our stay. The menus changed daily, offering fresh and varied options that kept mornings exciting. It was wonderful to see such creativity and thought put into ensuring guests never get bored of the choices.
Altogether, Mövenpick Bosphorus combines world-class service, thoughtful amenities, and genuine warmth to create an experience that feels both luxurious and personal. We left with great memories and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We’re already looking forward to returning!
