Er was eigenlijk niet veel op aan te merken. Alleen jammer dat de lift stuk was en we 8 etages moesten met de trap 😅. Verder een lekker zwembad, hammam en sportgedeelte. Een heuse spa wellness. De kamers waren goed verzorgd, modern en schoon. De kaartsleutels zijn in de 6 dagen zeker 5 keer omgewisseld omdat ze de deur niet openden van de kamer. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker!

Otel çok temiz çok memnun kaldık. Yanlızca giriş ve çıkışımızdaki resepsiyonda görevli kadın ve erkek personelin tavrı nezaketten uzaktı, sanki zorla orada çalıştırılıyorlar veya bize bedavaya oda sağlamış gibiydiler Temizlik personeli ve valelerden çok memnun kaldıö.

Yeri güzel tam avmnin yaninda, çalışanlar nazikti. Otel sakin ve sessizdi

3* otellerde bile odada bulunan kulak çöpü, makyaj pamuğu vb yoktu. Açık büfede erken saatte tükenen ürünler (peynir, menemen, börek vb) yenilenmiyordu.

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Erneuerung. Das Wasser im Badezimmerbecken läuft schlecht ab, sodass immer Reste im Becken zu sehen waren. Das Bad/Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt nach der ersten Nacht. Gym wurde wegen den Feiertagen erst um 11 Uhr geöffnet welches nicht bei der Buchung erwähnt wurde. Hätten wir diese Info vorher hätte ich ein anderes Hotel ausgewählt . Das Frühstücksbuffet war mager. An einem Tag gab es keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück. Das Spa welches wir besucht hatten um ins Hamam zu gehen waren veraltet, dreckig und das Hamam wie auch die Sauna war ausgeschaltet obwohl wir einen Termin hatten. Die Enttäuchung war groß.

Eşim ile kaldığımız oda temiz ve rahattı. Beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Sabah kahvaltısı muhteşemdi. Restorant bölümünde çalışan arkadaşlara tekrar teşekkür ederim. Güler yüzleri, saygıları ve hizmetlerinden dolayı. Tebrikler. Diyarbakır a geldiğimizde tekrar tercih edeceğimiz kesin.👏👏

Very modern clean facility perfect for our stay.

Novotel generally keep quite high level and this hotel was the same. So basicaly nothing to complain about. The only important issue is that location provided by hotel.com map is different from real location. In the map it is very close to city centre, but in reality it is placed maybe 10km further towards the suburb. This should be arranged.

Otel AVM yanında. Alışveriş sıkıntısı hiç yok. Konum olarak şehrin en güvenli yerinde. Geç saatte giriş yaptığım için havuzundan yararlanamadım. Kapanış saatini uzatabilirler. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü.

The hotel is designed perfectly; it's well organised; the cleaning staff did their best; the location is great. But the reception service wasn't good enough; one of the ladies there was rude and non-welcoming at all; as a family we reserved 2 rooms supposed to be connecting rooms or next to each other or at least at the same floor; but the lady gave us a room for the parents at 4th floor while the children room at 7th floor!! she claimed that the hotel is almost full though our reservation was unrefundable and booked 4 days prior to stay. The breakfast was poor and costy. The wellness area needs more services; as the pool is cold; the jacuzi wasn't working and you need to reserve the sauna an hour before that as they turned it on only on request.
