Kahvaltı yetersiz ve kalitesiz, yastıklar sert ve alternatifsiz, banyo kapıları bozuk olduğu için kapanmıyor, lavabo ve tuvalet çatlak, temizliği zayıf, açık olacağını söyledikleri kuaför kapalı... Özetle kötü yönleri saymakla bitmez. Bir daha asla gitmeyeceğim bir otel.

The room I got was very old with a view of the freeway. So it was loud and suffocating. I arrived on the valet side not knowing there was self parking. It's not my kind of hotel. I booked last minute. Another tragedy is visiting another country and finding nothing but Starbucks or Nescafe coffee, and cheap water bottles. This is what a lot of us are getting away from in the USA. The people were nice at least. I didn't use the spa or any amenities. The breakfast was good.

Nice hotel but low restaurant standart

Room was not prepared when we arrived, they pushed together 2x single beds to make a king, but didn't have the linen to finish it. So slept with half of bed without a duvet. Shower was over engineered which looks great but didn't have functionality and leaked. Ocean view was not good as hotel is only the first 4 (?) floors if the building and the rest are apartments and Dr rooms (patients in rhinoplasty bandages were often seen in the foyer!). Pool was out of service the whole time we were there and the spa treatments were offered in English. Breakfast was great!

Everything was great accept for the restaurant. They didnt seem to want to serve us we had to Chase them even that the restaurant was almost empty. We had to wait 40 minutes to get our drinks. And when the food arriwed it was tasteless.

The room is not that clean for the cleaners on ly clean outside the bed but there are bits and dust under the bed that seen. Some staff are helpful but some are not specially the lady in the reception. Breakfast is not the best nevertheless i like their salad and i ate everyday. Didn't take a spa gym is beautiful. Swimming pool is good. Over all for our visit with that beautiful sunny days I can rate them 4/5

Bellboy olan beyfendi (ismini unutmuş olsamda) ilgisi hizmet kalitesi müthişti. Odanın konumu temizlik vs. bunların hepsi gayet iyiydi. Geliştirilmesi gereken bir konu varsa bu kesinlikle F/B bölümünüzün kalite düşüklüğüdür. Havuzda garson bulmak samanlıkta iğne aramak gibi. Sipariş vermek için garsonu bizim bulmamız gerekti. Boşlarımız toplanmadı bile. Kahvaltıda bile çalışanlarınız gelip memnuniyet sormadı. Kesinlikle geliştirilmesi gereken bir konu. F/B bölümünüzün hizmet kalitesi içler acısı.

We booked a junior suite and two standard rooms which were upgraded to premium. Our room was large and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little tired and could do with an update. The other rooms had issues with the fridge, WiFi, AC. Rooms were cleaned everyday and bottles of water replaced. Breakfast was adequate, annoyingly the only coffee machine was not working properly a couple of days though we enjoyed the omelettes which were bought to our table by staff. Thank you. Our room was on the first floor, I would recommend a higher floor as we had random staff walking around our balcony at different times of the day.

Do not book with this hotel - not 5 star at all, sub par rooms with hazards for children.

A fabulous hotel to relax in and enjoy the first class facilities, including the gym. We have stayed at the hotel several times (standard, premium and suite rooms) and thoroughly recommend it. The outside pool and space are also wonderful in the summer months. Gamze, from the staff team, organised many elements of our stay and was fantastic throughout. Many thanks and much appreciated.K&S
