The staffs were very good, but the facilities were not the best

The staff is very attentive and willing to accommodate any of your needs! This is my third stay here and will always be my choice in Entebbe! There is a beautiful well kept garden area that is surround by flowering bushes, trees and a large variety of birds. I also have enjoyed their massage and manicure/pedicure each trip Vera and Dorcas do an amazing job! Caroline and her staff are amazing! Love this place!

I selected the hotel due to it's proximity to the airport I was just coming off a 5 day safari in northern Uganda and was flying out at 3:30am in the morning. The staff was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. However the internet was down and they couldn't confirm whether I had a booking and if I paid for the booking. The internet being out of action also made it difficult to check airlines, send emails and communicate in general. They recommended the associated and attached spa, but when I tried to set up an appointment they informed me that the masseuse would not be available until the following day. The TV/Cable was almost non-functioning and the cab they called was drastically overpriced. The building I am sure has seen better days and they are doing their best fighting against entropy, I wish them the best though.
