The place was closed, no lights on , nobody there, nothing

The noise from the trains across the road at the port occasionally woke me up at night but minor. No lift access to any of the floors. Also no reception at the building so had to arrange a time to be there to meet the person. And if you don't have access to a mobile phone signing into and out of the apartment building is "difficult". Don't reply to e-mails. Was there for 19 days and no one showed up to clean the room so ended up buying cleaning products and toilet paper myself. Then the noise from the next apartment regularly having sex made me think she was a prostitute. 2 old ruined vans in the car park made it also look untidy. Only a couple of positive think where the location and price.
