We stayed at your hotel for the second time, as we were extremely satisfied with our first visit.
During this stay, however, we encountered one issue: the air conditioning in our room was not working upon arrival. After we reported the problem, we were offered another room, but unfortunately this happened only after we had fully unpacked, so moving in the middle of the night was rather inconvenient.
In my opinion, such a situation should not occur in a hotel of this standard, as the malfunction had clearly existed prior to our arrival and should have been noticed earlier.
Apart from this, everything was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff in the lounge were exceptionally kind and attentive.

The accommodation was not good. I raised the issue with the reception regarding problems related to the cleanliness of the room, and they promised to resolve the problem and offer compensation with another booking next time along with a room upgrade, but nothing has happened until now.

On a apprécié la vue spectaculaire sur le Burj Khalifa depuis la chambre spacieuse décorée avec élégance et sobriété et le tout chapeauté par une équipe extraordinaire, attentionnée et chaleureuse, plus particulièrement Alaa au club, le majordome ainsi que le monsieur lors du check-in dont je ne connais pas le nom. Merci pour toutes vos attentions et votre disponibilité qui ont fait de notre séjour un moment exceptionnel!

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Der Service beim Check in/ Check out war sehr gut. Leider musste man beim Frühstuck 20 Minute auf einen Kaffee warten…das Gleiche in der Lobby, schade. Zudem war der Wäscheservice sehr schlecht, Wäsche wurde verwechselt und verfleckt zurück gegeben.

Address downtown is like a home away from home. The simplicity yet lux of the hotel rooms, the view, the quietness, the little things...above all the staff. Hassan, Sabough, and Kero were really amazing. I felt like I was amongst family. I look forward to coming to the Address Downtown location. I have tried a couple of other addresses, this is by far the best. Thanks for the hospitality and excellence in service.

The location is a winner, no doubt, close to Dubai Mall, all restaurants, Burge Halifa, sea life and more.
Amazing food in breakfast and in the lounge, cakes and deserts.
Very welcoming and friendly.
We had a huge problem with drainage of water in the shower, since they did not manage to fix it we changed a room, but small details sometimes make a difference for example the body lotion was empty ( how come no one is checking) the area if phone charger on the table in the living room space did not work at all. This was a. It disappointing, the TV disconnected every few minutes ,nevertheless the room is very very big, great air conditioning , wonderful view, very quiet.

great location. Terrible in-room experience. Water kept leaking from the ceiling two days in a row limiting access to the bathroon for hours while they addressed the issue. No option given to replace rooms.
