首都中心大酒店

房的費用已先全預繳，到深夜去取房時無房，第一晚要暫去另一酒店，但之後再搬回，職員態度差，在櫃臺換當地弊要等个多小時，到可換時，我換錢時，又要兩人一齊換150美元，給予一張AED面額五百元的鈔票及其余輔弊，職員態度其差，後來个多小時後我先生再去才換到一百美元的AED

离大清真寺比较近，距离其他景点就有点距离了。如果自驾的话就无所谓了。要不然公共交通不太方便，预定的住宿不带早餐，但是到了之后服务员告诉带早餐。小意外，哈哈

出差开会，会议地点定在阿布扎比国家会议中心ADNEC，酒店离ADNEC非常近，步行大概5分钟，建议前往参展人士选择该酒店。此外，酒店周边环境很安静，附近还有个家乐福超市，各种方便。酒店工作人员非常专业亲和，早餐丰盛，体验很好的酒店！下次来还住！

酒店免費給予我客房升級在頂層19樓，房間雖然比較小，但是內外非常整潔，毛巾潔白新淨，床鋪舒適，窗外景色一流，戶外泳池設於20樓天台，景緻一流，泳池水質非常乾淨，酒店距離清真寺約10分鐘的士車程，距離yas Island約20分鐘的士車程，非常方便。

摩登式酒店，客房清潔舒適。是次旅遊目的主要為城市觀光，酒店位置不太方便，自駕還算不錯的選擇。

As I browse the hotel website, it says:On your next stay at Centro Capital Centre, enjoy yourselves at our breakfast buffet in c.taste restaurant, while saving 33% off the price! But when I checked-in for two nights ,the front desk said I didn't book via the hotel website so I wouldn't have the promotion discount. As a matter of fact, the website doesn't describe so precisely, so I was very dissatisfied about the answer, and I did pay AED75 for the breakfast without any discount! The charge of local calls is unreasonable.

Chambre impeccable, le personnel était serviable et agréable. Parfait pour un voyage d'affaires.

Room was too small.

I have called the hotel a day before my stay to get a confirmation because I have never received one like any other hotels would do. However, the lady who answered my call was very rude and refused to give me any confirmation and asked me to communicate with Expedia instead. I was shocked when they told me that the hotel is self service hotel so no help with the luggage unless there's more than one person at the reception so one of them can offer some help. The food was terrible and I would never consider to have breakfast included with my stay. Same food everyday with few options which make you feel overwhelmed.

Bruillant (ascenseurs qui ne font que de sonner + chambres mal isolées) mais ok pour qielques nuits rapidement. La situation est bien proches de ce que nous voulions visiter.

Hotel is very close to exhibition centre and is not possible to access by taxi during exhibitions. Staff dont seem to have any knowledge of this. Prices in restaurant inflated for exhibition (I was told this by staff!) Didn't have a good customer focused feel to it. Rooms are OK.

とても広々としてよかった

洗濯機や乾燥機の場所をフロントに聞くまでわからなかった。また、機械の使い方がわかりづらい。使い方を記載したパネルを設置してほしい。

Bad service, no bell boy service, took the money and later said they don’t have the booked room, had to stay in another room which they gave ( didn’t have any option). Avoid if possible, though they are close to ADNEC Exhibition so in that way it might make sense.

Issue with wet smell first night, staff rectified by the next day. Staff is accomodating would stay here again
