每位酒店員工都非常有善及禮貌，其中有位姓李的女股務員真的太棒了，事事都幫忙解決，下次再去杜拜一定再入住

Apart from the hardware of the hotel, such as appearance, location, facilities etc, which of course are good, I would like to emphasise on the software this time. All the staff (yes, everyone of them) are friendly, nice, helpful and polite. Whenever and wherever I met them, no matter in the morning, afternoon or evening, no matter at the lobby, poolside or taxi station, I felt like meeting with my old friends. Dubai is a good place to visit, I will definitely visit Dubai again and staying at Raffles Dubai as well.

The hotel itself; its staff and service were excellent! The staff were friendly and attend to details. The one thing we were disappointed was the private guided city tour by the concierge. The 4-hour tour cost Dirham 600 for 2 persons. It did not go to Burj Khalifa; Dubai Mall; the fountain (not even a closer look). No boat trip across the Creek (was told in was included). Only saw the Burj Al Arab hotel in a distance.

Good service, clean and big room

It's close to the airport. Around 10-15mins by taxi. the service is really good. I was really rush to the airport and my luggage was broken at the same time. I was getting crazy and the staff of the hotel was so helpful. He fixed my luggage when I was checking out. I was really enjoy the facilities and the service of this hotel. I hope to stay again in the nearly future.

酒店旁边的mall是埃及风格，非常灵，还有big bus的起始站，附近有轻轨，出游很方便，酒店设施也不错，但酒店人员培训不够到位，处理事务不熟练，在旅游咨询方面资源较少，软件方面还没能达到好酒店的标准

Must say in overall it’s one or the nicest hotels I stayed at in Dubai. Nice big rooms, a nice balcony with furniture. It’s a place were you really feel welcome. I will definitely go back again. I actually already booked My next’s stay.

Äußerst angenehmes Hotel mit überragendem Service (danke ans gesamte Team!), toller Ausstattung, großen Zimmern und ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Hier im Hause ist jeder freundlich und kümmert sich im die Belange der Gäste! Es lohnt sich insbesondere, die Club-Lounge zu buchen. Etwas dezentrale Lage, aber top zur nächsten Metro, die beim täglichen Stau sowieso besder zu nutzen ist. Wenn man auf sehr hohem Niveau Kritikpunkte suchen will: Die Zahl der liegen am Pool ist in der Regel zu klein und Zimmer mit tollem Stadtblick haben verkehrsbedingt einen lauten balkon. Bei geschlossener Tür ist es aber sehr ruhig. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

We had a truly luxurious and wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our doors were opened for us right away, and our butler, Pushkr, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Every detail stood out—from room service to the spa services and even the beautiful ambiance and signature scent of the hotel. We especially loved spending time at The Society Room inside the hotel. The service there was outstanding, with Alex, our waiter, and Ham, the mixologist, providing such warm and attentive customer care that it made the evening even more memorable. The front desk staff was also extremely understanding and accommodating when our flight was delayed, which we truly appreciated. The entire property was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully maintained. We would absolutely return without hesitation. Another highlight was the hotel’s convenient location—just about 15 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic.

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars, the staff go above and beyond, they cannot do enough for you. We booked a club room and received full À la Carte breakfast every day, access to the club lounge with free hot and cold soft drinks 1pm to 10pm, afternoon tea 2pm to 4pm, hors d'oeuvres with cocktails and alcoholic drinks between 5pm and 7pm and butler service to our room.

Very big room and bathroom, perfect breakfast and very good location. Great pool and excellent staff. If I have something to complain, it would be few outlets in the room and the very strong perfume they use in the halls. Would definitely come back

Raffles is a modern, clean, sophisticated and well appointed hotel/ Even more impressive was the friendliness, cordiality and professionalism of the entire staff. Each staff member went out of their way to ensure my experience was optimized-at check-in, checkout, breakfast , in the gym, pool, housekeeping and lounge!

Stayed for 2 nights - lovely hotel. Only Issue was the lack of a door on the toilet !

After making the booking, we received emails for any special requests. We notified the hotel of my wife's lactose intolerance in advance. The hotel did not take any notice of this and breakfast there was not much lactose free choice. Even tea could not be prepared on the first day. We also received a letter for complementary afternoon tea, when we went to the lounge and part way through they informed us it was a mistake from their side and asked us to leave. It was humiliating to say the least. The hotel seriously does not know about customer service.

The hotel reached out a week in advance of arrival, to assist with any requirements we may have. They stayed in constant contactuntil arrival. Upon arrival, the team were so considerate to any and all of our needs. They were so warm and welcoming. The room itself was just so awesome, in terms of size, decor and amenties in the room. Wendy our floor butler was eonderful throughout or stay and made our whole stay worth it. All round a 5 star experience. One small nit pick -
