Excellent stay! need to wait for a bit when checking out, told that cuz they need to double check the room, old fashioned and time consuming especially a car is waiting to pick us up. Except that, all is good.

Nice Hotel

Everything was clean and exactly like the pictures advertised. Super pleased with my short stay but will def be back.

Excelente custo benefício, provavelmente o 5 estrelas mais barato que ja vi. Apartamento grande, muito confortável. Apenas observe que nao é uma area turística, fica afastado do centro, leva meia hora de carro para as áreas turísticas pois o trânsito é péssimo.

Lovely and clean room, well equipped. The washing machine was convenient. Had lunch at the restaurant when we arrived and Ricardo was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was great, they change the Asian dishes on a daily basis, which was great. Only small issue is there's only one coffee machine and even though there was a jug of coffee on the side, can get pretty crowded during busy times. Location was a bit far from the centre but it was what we wanted. Going to the old quarter was easy and cheap with Grab. There's also a mini mart across the street if you need to buy basic necessities. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Only niggling thing is they only give one key card and despite asking for another one, told it's standard to only issue one. Means that my husband and I have to pretty much stick together, which was inconvenient especially since we need it to operate the lift as well. So when we just came back from a day out and he wanted to have a smoke first, either i'd have to hang around with him or he had to take me upstairs first before going back down. All in all, still good and would definitely stay there again if we ever visit the city again in the future.

Very clean

Beautiful hotel/apartment We had a room on higher floor and it was beautiful. Our room was equipped with kitchenette and little washing machine. Daily cleaning was immaculate. Hotel is located outside of major touristy areas but short drive with Grab. Breakfast was good with decent numbers of options

Nice hotel

Superb property. Clean and spacious. Unfortunately things like the penthouse still not opened after such a long time.....

Awesome Hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

The staff are very helpful , room is huge with nice view , gym and pool are nice too , breakfast buffet is not expensive after the vip discount
