The room looked good initially.
We stayed for 4 nights and they did not clean our room once. We had to ask for water and toilet paper. It was noisy till 1am and there was no restaurant or breakfast facility, even tho the site said there was

It’s the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in Hà Nội. Excellent location.
Diễm and Tiếp are also the best, helpful, and very friendly staffs. Will come back here again on my next trip. Highly recommend to all.
