酒店位置很好，步行去各个旅游景点都很方便。店主很友好，很可爱，对服务客人的态度极其热情。房间和图片一样漂亮，通风良好，一点也不闷热，房间总是很干净，个人物品齐全，还有一个非常漂亮的小阳台。重要的是价格极其合理。总体来说非常满意。

初日は水廻りのトラブルで１泊だけ系列のホテルに
泊まったが、残り２泊は快適に過ごせました。
部屋も綺麗でスタッフも親切、朝食も安くて満足できる
内容でした。
市街地に近く買い物や食事も便利です。
次回ハノイに行ったらまたこのホテルに泊まりたいと
思います。

We had the opportunity to stay in Hanoi at the end of November, and we stayed at the Hanoi exclusive hotel. We booked the executive room with the City view. The location of this hotel is ideal. It has many stores and restaurants around. The room size was perfect for our needs and we had a balcony where we could enjoy the view of the neighborhood. The room had basic amenities such as water, coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste, body, wash, and shampoo. Exactly what we needed. The staff was very hospitable and professional. The receptionist, Lien, was very kind and very helpful. I recommend this hotel fully. Thank you

A well located hotel for those visiting the old quarter, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful operators. They helped us (went down from their reception counter on 1/F) with our luggage while we were getting off the taxi on a busy street. Good suggestions of dinning places and very helpful in answering our queries. Good communication in English. Room size adequate not big, guess this also applies to other hotels in the old quarter (which are packed with low rise buildings). Buffet breakfast including "made to order" menu (which is a rather extensive one). Would stay again.

A well located hotel for those visiting the old quarter, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Very nice and helpful operators. They helped us (went down from their reception counter on 1/F) with our luggage while we were getting off the taxi on a busy street. Room size adequate not big, guess this also applies to other hotels in the old quarter (which are packed with low rise buildings). Ok skick på rum men inte rent, hår i sängen och allmänt smutsigt. Balkongen är mer en fransk balkong. Bilderna är kraftigt förbättrade från verklighet. Personalen trevlig och läget bra!

Excellent location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ms Lien provided spot on recommendations and efficient booking of tours and transportation. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast options that is freshly prepared, comfortable beds enough hangers and hooks around the room, good internet access and most of all attentive service .

I chose a room with an interior window because I knew I would not be spending much time in it, if you are going to be in the room, you may want to choose one with a view. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter and accessing excursions. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and open to providing any assistance you may need.

Good size room, really friendly staff and nice breakfast. The bathroom was small and some mould. Great location walking distance everywhere. We didnt end up using the balcony as the air quality was very poor

Great location in the old town part of Hanoi. Excellent value and really friendly staff. Rooms on the road side are noisy but the double glazing stops the noise, I slept well
