位置好，临街，还算安静，酒店设施有点陈旧，房间小，总体感觉一般般

飯店位置佳，擁有獨立的大廳。房間空間很大很舒適^^

訂雙人大床卻給我兩張單人床的房間

早餐餐廳在11樓，但要電梯只到10樓，要走樓梯上一層，很不方便，餐廳的排風很差，早餐後全身衣服都是油煙味。

整體而言都不錯！非常適合自由行旅客

酒店设施陈旧，服务态度良好，电梯很小，当时入住的房间热水完全不热，临近午夜，也懒得换房间了，床很软，空调很给力。最不能接受在卫生间看到了小强，额。

價錢合理包早，地点旺及方便乘車去大叻，美奈越南中部地方。

We only stayed one night here, booked a delux room. We arrived early than check in time and was told that room not ready until 2pm. So we left for lunch and a massage came back around 2:30pm and then was told by staff that we got updated to a better room. We get up to the 5th floor and was shocked that the UPGRADED room doesn't even have a window! I wanted to get down and change room right away and my partner said that it's only one night so don't bother.Later after unpacking we went to talk to the front desk and they said they can switch us to a room with window if we want to but that's ok by then. Still don't understand why this room is an update to that one. Hotel is old, elevator is way to small and slow. Counter staff English level is quite limited. They don't charge for deposit if you leave your passport at counter, but still they don't tell you that. Only when you get to the room and realize that you don't have your passport then you run down to the counter and find out this which sucks! I won't stay here again, Elios next door is so much nicer!

The staff forgot to give the passports back to us when we check out, but the hotel sent back the passports to the another hotel that we stayed on the same day we checked out.

All things are good, room is good, location is good....except the staffs. Maybe I look like a Chinese, when I check-in, check-out or make some enquiries, they wouldn't smile or say welcome, just seems to me that they wouldn't like to serve me.

酒店座落市中心，及外國旅客的集散地，很多不同種類的食市及酒吧，夜生活精彩，食住都很方便。酒店房間面積寬敞，我要求不吸煙房，房問真的整潔，没有煙味，早餐尚可，我會再book的。

因為一開始找不到位置，打電話多次給飯店，他們很親切的解答我的路線問題，有一點比較需注意的地方是半夜的時候熱水似乎不供應，同時此飯店有規定繫帶的伴侶若為越南藉女姓的話，會多收一定的金額
