早餐美味、丰富、优质，包括主菜和咖啡。房间很干净，睡眠舱的天花板很高，所以不会闷热。我最喜欢的是上楼的楼梯很好走，不像其他地方那样狭窄难爬。位置靠近大教堂，吃饭或外出都很方便。友好而热情的员工。

It's a pleasant stay. I was there for 3 nights. The staff were able to provide timely support and assistance. They were really helpful and friendly. The location is quite near to the old town and the lake. The room was in general clean. There's little room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but just a little. There's slight odour.

位於橫街內，隣近很多旅行社，方便參加一日旅行團。
浴室和廁所是同一個地方，位置在房間裏。
太夜回旅館會看到大門落了鐵閘，要按鈴等職員開門。

If you ask about exchange money the manager won't tell you where can exchange ,he would give you a very bad rate to exchange with him(22,000 for 1 usd) and the staffs will keep asking you to book tours with them. There are lots more hotels on the street,its very easy to find a better one.

Stayed three nights and they only cleaned and changed my towels ones. No window so totally dark, AC didn’t work. Very run down, but it’s ok if u only need a place to sleep and nothing else.

着いてすぐランクアップしないかと言われ、別棟に連れて行かれました。ランクアップ後の部屋は窓がある2階の部屋で、エレベーターもありましたがドアの動きが不安でした。
ハノイは夜中うるさいと聞いていたので、最初の予約通りのスーペリアダブルルームへ。写真の通りの部屋で、窓はなく
心持ち静かでした。
何より嬉しかったのはバスルームのトイレに扉がついていたことです。私の経験ではバスルーム自体には扉があってもその中でトイレに個別に扉があることが少なく、今回友人と同室だったので有難かったです。
トイレットペーパーは流せません。ハノイはどこも流せません。部屋のクリーニングは毎回フロントに伝えればしてくれます。
立地は抜群でどこでも歩いていけます。ただ道が悪いのでスーツケースを持って歩くのはとても大変でした。行きに空港バスでハノイ駅まで行き、そこからホテルまで20分ほどスーツケースを持って歩きましたが腕が筋肉痛になりました。帰りはホテルの近くまでgrabを呼びました。
総合的に立地も清潔さも満足度の高いホテルでした。

The room was very clean and the staff is very friendly. It’s also very quiet, which is very important to me because I’m a light sleeper. It’s also very central and is really easy to take a grab. I highly recommend this hotel and their services!! Thanks, David for the surprising upgrade. :)

I don't know why this hostel is so highly rate. I had a 10 bed mixted dorm. On the 6th floor so if you have big luggage it's hard to get there. The room was SO HOT, A/C not working, lucker were not locking, really basic shower. Matress are hard and pillows are horrible.
I had better hostel in Hanoï for that price

Great location, clean room and helpful staff - what else do you need at this price? The one minor issue was they only had one remote control to operate the air-con in the whole building which meant we struggled to get the temperature right for us (we ended up being cold at 3am and needed to use the duvets from the wardrobe). Other than that - highly recommended

Vi sov på privat værelse og det var fint og rent, men resten af hostelet, var meget mørkt, spændende trapper og personalet kiggede kun på sin telefon og foreslog aldrig deres ture eller noget. Vi var nødt til at finde et andet hostel at lave ha giang loop med, fordi der ikke var noget engagement fra dem.
