Phòng standard rất tệ : ẩm thấp, hôi hám. Phải bỏ thêm tiền để nâng hạng luxury nhưng nhà tắm vẫn không ok

Firstly, service is terrible, I wait at reception to rent a motorbike but no one was there, later on I rent a motorcycle from 3rd party, and the hotel start to discriminate us. Secondly, the noise level in this hotel is very high, from what I can say it's hard for us to sleep in the afternoon because we can hear every single footsteps, chatting on the ground floor. Lastly, although we pay like other, but our room is underground, the b floor, which make the stay very inconvenient since the window face directly to other house window, nothing between it, no such thing as private room here. We stay here for 3 nights, longer than other guests, we pay similar price like other, but we were given the worst room. Other people stay for 1 night or 2 have better room. For short summary, if you would like to experience crazy noise level and discrimination, welcome to queen villa 2.
