現做早餐非常豐富，待客服務親切熱誠，唯一缺點是我定的房間沒有窗戶，空氣無法流通浴室馬桶異味不容易散去，下回住宿改訂有窗房間就滿分了～～

清潔整齊舒適的酒店， 價格合理，說床很舒服，早餐非常豐富，職員殷勤招待，熱誠有禮。

Overall is good with good breakfast and welcome drink and fruits. However aircon remote has to be fixed at least twice a day and the temp cant be adjusted with the remote. watched a good movie in the tv provided in one night.

Hotel provided excellent breakfast. Boss and staffs are very helpful.

Good staff, good recommendation, good location. Give us a favor to resolve the problem that schedule is cancel by the weather.

清潔, 性價比高, 店員有禮並能提供幫忙. 週邊食店旅行舍均很多. 入口一點點不清楚, 電梯很小. 早餐任點, 不怕浪費.

地點好, 房間好. 只是門口不太明顯. 附近已有不少食店, 商店及旅行社. 員工很幫忙. 早餐不錯.

The hotel is like a apartment with nice balcony. it is comfortable and like to stay at home

位於鬧區的巷子裡面安靜好睡覺，附近就有很多吃的也有旅行社，晚上走路就能到河邊逛逛夜市。房間很乾淨服務也很好，英文流利溝通無礙。

check in, a fresh pressed juice and some fruits will be served; staffs are so kind. the breakfast is delicious. no need to say about the room, new and tidy.

Had a nice stay there. We enjoyed a wonderful party at the first night in 2017 with nice local desserts of Hue

那是一間令人會覺得非常滿意、貼心、溫馨及舒服的酒店，亦是我在世界各地住過的唯一一間覺得極度滿意的酒店，因它是在一個仍然未完全開發的國家，所以覺得超出我們預期; 而這酒店的服務員非常細心，在我剛訂了酒店後，就即時用電郵問我需否在機場或火車站安排接我們? 這一點已經令人有賓至如歸的感覺，而那裏的員工非常熱情好客，待人以誠及早餐非常美味，真的是一間物超所值，下次如會再去順化，也會首選這一間酒店。

Excellent location nearby many bars and all. Staff are overwhelmingly nice, helpful and funny. Many of them can speak and understand English quite well. They serve fruit platters every morning along with a great breakfast and during check-in as well. Breakfast is easily one of the best I have on this trip. Room is exceptionally clean and new. Nice view from the balcony. Internet connection would be the only thing doesn't live up to standards, but it is acceptable considering the quality services.

Alles war gut! Eine sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin, kostenfreies Zimmer up grade, gute Lage, alles extrem sauber. Von den bisher in diesem Urlaub fünf genutzten Hotels innVietnam mit großem Abstand das beste Hotel, würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

We had a great, but very short stay here as it was a 1 night adventure in Hue. The owner and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and our rooms were very comfortable and clean. It is tucked away down an alleyway so it is very quiet. On the main street are lots of restaurants and bars. I would recommend this place.

The hotel is well located, friendly staff, Breakfast was fine. However, the rooms didn’t meet the expectations as we found the shower in the bathroom a bit dirty. The AC didn’t have enough power and it was dripping water inside the room. We booked this hotel based on the reviews, but we feel their reviews score doesn’t match reality.

Très sympathiques et accueillants!

Schönes Hotel inmitten des Geschehens, aber in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Zur Kaiserstadt etwa 25-30 Min. zu Fuß. Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher mit Zubehör, bequemes Bett. Gutes Frühstück. Eine angenehme Überraschung für wenig Geld. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

The staff is extremely kind and the location is great! It's a walkable area but also very quiet since it's tucked into an alley. They kindly upgraded our room and provided coffee and fruit upon arrival!
