Great facilities, pianist in lounge/restaurant was excellent

I could not turn the Heating down or off. i opened the window (max a few inches) took duvet off it was like being in a sauna. room control not working Stuffy Then not impressed with the breakfast mostly undercooked no orange juice only sweetened squash and toaster either undercooked once or burnt if twice cycled

The room was spotless, the bed was comfy and the staff were all very friendly and polite and helpful.

Staff were very helpful, receptionist taking our baggage to safe room as booked in for spa massages before room available. Room clean, warm and beds comfortable, missing water was brought quite quickly. Sadly lost during stay a left-side hearing aid! Small grey item! If found would be grateful for return!! Thanks!!

Cake .... also cleanliness the rooms are spotless and well presented .. pool area loungers ect was fabulous

Room spotless and spacious, staff are lovely, happy and helpful. Spa facilities are great with a lovely clean well kept pool.

Only emailed on the day of the stay today some facilities were not available - jacuzzi. No way to control the temperature in the bedroom - excessively hot. So bad that had to check out at midnight and drive 3 hours home as it was unbearable.,

Great food options. Bed was comfy. But the room was far to warm and we struggled to sleep. Some of the staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered. The spa was amazing i had a really good treatment very relaxing and professional. Breakfast was very nice. And plenty of options. We did have food out of the hotel in the evening. We was going to stay however. When we went downstairs there was a massive party going on. Not what we was expecting.
