Only stayed for one night but the experience was good ,the staff was so friendly and helpful.
The room was clean so was the bedding. Although the food was great it is incredibly overpriced ,they would work on that.

honestly i wasn't the one who went there but i booked the place for my dad and my children they sent me the video of the place it was very beautiful and clean my children loved the place i would recommend this place to anyone my dad said the service was very good

酒店周围嘈杂，电梯3部坏两部，高原地区天天爬楼梯，装修打电钻让人无法休息，22点之前无法入睡！服务人员英语差，微信有许多限制，不能传送图片。

The room offered was dirty , bath tab ,
And all floors very dirty had to scrub the bath to enable me to use it. The Television had crackles , picture quality poor and haze in the end I could not connect to any TV channel at all . The hotel safe was broken not able to use to keep vulnerables. Considering that I booked this stay back in September 2025 no effort was made to ensure that I get offered a clean room .
The carpets laid along the corridors were all very dusty and smelt due to lack of maintenance.
I have been a guest at the Jameson crests on and off for over 10yrars I have noticed that the standards of cleanliness there has gone down , the place is no longer fit for purpose.
I cannot fault the reception staff they tried their best to address my concerns

The water was absolutely horrible. It was hardly a trickle to take a shower. We were out on a floor with a group of late teen/early 20's soccer/football team that was extremely loud and inconsiderate. Never waste your money!

Staying there was amazing, except the noise opposite someone was drilling all night but other than that we had a great time. Cresta could do with a ironing board and iron in the room and more tissues 😂😂😂

The hotel itself is unique architecturally. It's very eye catching. Unfortunately it seems like it's on the same level it was at 30 years ago. We tried calling room service several times but we didn't get an answer. Places offering better facilities are more reasonably priced.
