Amazing room Amazing breakfast Amazing staff My stay was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend and stay there again

Staff was helpful, beds were old and sunken in and bathroom smelled like urine, the staff changed my room. But bed was very uncomfortable. Probably won’t book this one again. Pool opens late too.

Stayed for 1 night for wok. No wifi working. Pillows were uncomfortable and room ac didnt cool the room down enough.

Property was old and run down. Smelled musty and dirty. It appears that some rooms are also being used for long term care.

Everything was great. Went out for food. The restaurant Southside Grill across the street is amazing.

Room was large in spacious but not in good condition. There were cobwebs on the lamps , the blackout curtains were worn and there were some bugs in the bathroom ants and even a worm. So given the price of $255 for the night with a 4:00 check-in and an 11:00 departure it was not a deal at all. Having said that the pool was a good size and would have been amazing except for the large crowd of young noisy boys occupying half of the pool. The adjoining restaurant for breakfast was great and affordable at $15 for buffet breakfast. The other disappointing thing was that we were told there was a gym available for our use across the road and we could ask for the pass to go to the gym. When we went to ask for the the card we were told that there was no longer a partnership with that gym. Inconsistencies in the front desk staff about the amenities were concerning. Felt the hotel was overpriced given lack of amenities and and lack of supervision in the pool for the children who were present.

I should give away bottles of water for free.

There was a large wet spot in the corner of our room. The air conditioner was leaking. We were given 2 towels knowing we had 3 people staying for 2 days. They ran out of towels at the pool. Kids walked back to rooms dripping wet. The door to the pool was broken and for a time we were locked in the pool area.

Location was good but the hotel is a bit dated. Beds were comfortable and A/C was great!

Just okay on all levels

Staff was nice room was clean.

Well overall was ok, but there was a couple of things that need attention: 1) there is only one washer and one dryer for more than 150 rooms. 2) there is two ice machines, but only one works. I think this issues need the attention of the big guys, the one that decided how to deal with with this problems.

Great stay

Everything was great with the rooms and our stay was great. Building outside is a little run down but we were satisfied with the price and room

The room was spacious and clean. The A/C was already on (it was a hot day), so very comfortable when I first arrived. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker all worked well. Blackout curtains! Even a comfortable armchair in the corner with a lamp for my stitching. I especially liked the very tiny bar of Dove soap, and shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the tub area. Didn’t use the pool. Nice stay, and excellent value for the money.
