Easy, friendly check in. Beautiful well kept and clean rooms

The hotel was perfect for accommodating our sports team. They gave us rooms all in a bunch and we were able to utilize a conference room to all hang out together. The rooms had amenities needed and the onsite restaurant was really convenient. Everything seemed clean. The lobby is super big and comfortable for just hanging out. The pool was the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel and the lounge chairs on deck were a super nice addition. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was ok but amenities listed are inaccurate. We paid extra money for the hot tub but upon arrival, realized it does not exist. Misleading and disappointing. Expensive for the same quality as other hotels.

The room was very clean and the staff was very professional

Our room was fantastic. Although there was a broken water pipe just outside our door so it was a waterfall with buckets and dryers. When we mentioned it to front staff as we were checking out They said since I booked with Expedia I basically don't get a discount.

The room was clean and nice, large and had high ceilings. We were on the 5th floor. The pool was very large and heated! The staff was awesome at the front counter (Kim was very friendly and knowledgeable) and we enjoyed having Boston pizza right in the hotel

The bathroom layout was poorly designed, with the toilet positioned perpendicular to an oversized vanity and sink, making the sink nearly unusable and forcing us to stand at an uncomfortable angle. The cramped setup also made it difficult to get in and out of the shower, change, or move around comfortably. This significantly affected our ability to get ready together during what was meant to be a romantic getaway. Having stayed at many hotels we were surprised by this level of inconvenience. For a bathroom in a King room, it was disappointing and ultimately made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to return. a romantic getaway.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly! He ensured we were knowable about our stay. :)
