Room was clean, beds were comfortable and AC worked good. Heated pool was awesome. The only negative is the hotel is in a bad area of the city. Not their fault though, A lot of homeless, drug addicts, so not advisable to walk around, especially after sunset.

Sink clogged, linen old and not good. Pillows not good.

Breakfast could offer some cheese. Amenities in the room could include bottle of water. Restaurant is very good. I loved Signature Porchetta.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, plenty of towels, and A/C that worked really well. On the downside, the in-room coffee was the single-serve "packets" that are notoriously weak. However, the breakfast buffet was quite good, and the coffee there was passable. The hotel decor is dated, but it's clean—you definitely get your money's worth.

The front desk staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was yum! Scrambled eggs, sausage(was amazing) and homefries. The only annoying thing with our stay was a dog barking a few doors down. Other than that it was great 👍

I looked at the bottom 2 inches of the bathroom door to our room. Chips, gouges, and many years of being same door without being replaced.

Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was great, especially for my dietary needs. Hotel was older but definitely kept clean and welcoming.

We stay at the Radisson every few months as my husband has to go to Sudbury for medical reasons. Staff is always very accommodating, location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. We have been staying there for years and always try and stay at Radisson wherever we are.

The hotel is old, it should be rebuild, not renovate. It is located in downtown where bums are hanging around at night.

Excellent wifi, excellent bed and blancket, spacious room, excellent location right in the centre of Sudbury, very nice swimming pool on site, excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. City shuttle will drop you off right there from the airport and pick you up right there at the hotel back to the airport. If I come back to Sudbury I would definitely try to stay there again.
