The breakfast flat turkey patties were awful! A fresh batch was brought out and it was stone cold (not even remotely luke warm!), dry, no flavour. Took one bite only, rest went into the garbage. I watched as many other people did the same! What a waste. Having real bacon on the menu would have been a much better choice then the turkey. Even the breakfast sausage patties were cold the morning before, and tasteless! Perhaps some flavourful sausage links would be a much better choice than the flat sausage patties. Can't beat real sausage links and bacon strips for breakfast! No milk was available for the portage today, had to eat without. With the price of the rooms, I expect a decent breakfast.

Great stay, very clean, safe location, nice amenities, friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel. Free parking, close to restaurants and great breakfast included.

We were traveling in the area to attend a concert in Niagara Falls. Concert gor canceled but since we couldn't cancel the booking we tried it put and were tourists in the area. Hotel was clean and the staff excellent. Full breakfast in the morning. Coffee and tea available all the time. Tried out the pool. Towels provided to use. Close to Niagara Falls, Hamilton and also the Royal Botanical Garden in Burlington. And you can follow Lakeshore Road into Toronto if you want a more leisurely, scenic drive and you have rhe time and want to avoid the big highways. A fun mini holiday.

This was a great family stop. Rare to have 3 beds in a room. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. Decent breakfast.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect. Husband and 2 teen sons shared 2 queen room for 1 night for 2-day track meet. Mini fridge in room to store food and drinks, they put a microwave in the room for us, breakfast of toast, bagels, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, juices, coffee and tea was perfect! Let us store items in the freezer that we needed next day. Very friendly front desk staff, very clean EVERYTHING, it was PERFECT. Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites St. Catharines!!!

My stay was quiet enjoyable. My room like the rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. From house keeping to the manager I was greeted with a good morning or evening. When I needed directions, and the staff member wanted to make sure she asked the manager and he came out and used his phone to show me directly how to get there. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone I know. I could go on and on how great it was. The parking was convient to hotel access. The morning breakfast offered many choices, the staff was on hand keeping the food plentiful and hot, cleaning spills, helping when needed and politely. 8 stars out of 5!!!

Nice hotel, clean and lots of towels! Bar on the premises was a nice touch. Full breakfast, eggs, breakfast sausage and home fries were delicious. Would stay here again.

I could have used a safe in the room but they were able to make accommodations. There were no glasses to drink wine in our room but when we called down, they came right up with some.
