非常的棒，完美的住宿，飯店本身就是一個景點，一整天待在飯店也不嫌多，宮殿式的泳池也是經典，也有戶外泳池，花園也很漂亮，非常的舒適。

酒店历史感浓重，每个细节都值得品玩，泳池边的自助早午餐品类很全，味道也不错，很推荐。房间面积偏小，窗子很多，整体感觉还可以。酒店著名的街拍长廊，随便拍拍都是大片。

Vraiment loin de ce que l’on pensait et attendait de « La Mamounia » Suite hivernage 1300€ la nuit sans petit dej. arrivée à 22h30 à la réception, entrée dans la suite à 00h30 après changement car ce n’était celle que l’on avait réservé ( un pseudo «  surclassement » en suite Park plus petite sans balcon que celle réservée) arrivée dans la suite hivernage, vue sur les chaufferies, fenêtre non isolé donc très bruyant. Travaux dans les parties communes à 01h00, Aucun geste commercial. Personnel qui parlent de vous en votre présence pensant que vous ne comprenez pas … Aucune considérations !! Nous sommes partie sans prendre le petit déjeuné, dans une indifférence totale du personnel. Une expérience EXTRAORDINAREMENT NUL !!! pour finir en beauté avec une rayure sur la voiture de location !!! Mon avis en tant que marocaine … Allez au ROYAL MANSOUR pour le même prix, Riad individuel, service et petit dej ROYAL compris !!!!! Ne représente en aucun cas l’accueil marocain et le savoir faire !

Une parenthèse enchantée. Tout est parfait.

I considered several hotels for this trip but ultimately chose La Mamounia because of its reputation as one of Marrakech's most iconic hotels, despite it being at a much higher price point. Unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. Throughout my stay, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being watched. There seemed to be security everywhere, and rather than feeling looked after, I felt like I was constantly being monitored. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and made it difficult to relax. The biggest disappointment came on my final day. I asked if a late check-out was possible and was told noon was the latest available, which I completely understood. I then asked if I could stay in the lobby or continue using the hotel's facilities until I needed to leave for the airport. To my surprise, I was told no and was essentially asked to leave the property once I had checked out. For a hotel of this reputation and price, I expected much better hospitality. Luxury isn't just about beautiful surroundings, it's about making guests feel welcome. Sadly, that wasn't my experience here, and I left feeling disappointed rather than looked after. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Not a road or anything traditional, but absolutely spectacular with the service being top notch. If you want unique, this isn’t it but if you want perfection. This is it.

Loved the restaurants and the staff. Excellent Raib upon arrival. Very attentive and the place was very busy but our room was still quiet. Nice room. Would recommend.
