Elegant, old fashion, 40 Sfr breakfast good but not very rich

这家酒店位置很好！离火车站6 .7分钟的步行距离；装修很新，也很干净。服务员个个热情，彬彬有礼，服务很好！房间很大，床是2M×2M的，软硬合适，睡觉很舒服。Wi-Fi信号强，上网速度超快。 我们是下午四点赶往日内瓦机场的火车，与前台服务员说明情况并希望能延迟到二点半退房，他们二话不说，欣然同意！这让我喜出望外，非常感动。洛桑不愧是全世界培养酒管最棒的地方！ 如果有机会再来洛桑，洛桑皇宫酒店绝对是我唯一的选择！ 这样的好酒店值得推荐！！！

We were given an upgrade to a suite as it was our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The suite was huge and beautiful, with a balcony giving fabulous views across the city.

When we checked in, we were specifically told that the breakfast and health club/spa was included in our stay. When I received our bill, I was charged over $300 US for breakfast for 3 people. Also, we asked for a ride to the airport and that cost us over $400 US. This is unacceptable and criminal.

Por alguna razón siempre que rento a través de la plataforma de hoteles.com, nos dan los peores cuartos, los más viejos y a veces no son los que aparecen en las fotos, esta vez no fue la excepción, nos dieron un cuarto el más viejo del hotel me imagino, hablé a la recepción en cuanto llegue a cuarto y nos cambiaron a otro cuarto mucho mejor pero ya me habían negado el cambiarme, me tuve que poner enojado y hablar fuerte a la recepcionista para que lo pudieran hacer, primero me negaron tener habitaciones disponibles y después por arte de magia resulta que ya tuvieron la habitación que ahora si aparecía en las fotos de lo que yo había pagado, creo que hoteles.com debe de atender y poner más atención a estos detalles, por que además se supone que cuando haya disponibilidad te deben de ofrecer ascensos, cosa que jamás en la vida me han ofrecido.

Overall the staff is making the difference and the lunch at the brasserie was the cherry on the cake.

I did not find the interior decor nice. The updated room was cold and uninspiring. Breakfast buffet was very nice, but the staff seemed very confused with any of our requests or orders. Not impressed. Beau Rivage is superior!!!

Professional hospitality

Very friendly staff. Clean and beautiful room, amenities are amazing the spa and the gym. Overall great experience my favourite place to stay in Lausanne.
