the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel. And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto.

I was very disappointed with my stay and will not be returning. The problems started at check-in when staff couldn’t find my reservation because my name had been entered incorrectly. It took a significant amount of back-and-forth before the issue was finally resolved. As compensation, I was given an upgraded room, but unfortunately that room smelled absolutely awful and was not suitable to stay in, so I had to be moved again. The second room wasn’t much better. The hotel is located right beside a major highway, and the traffic noise was constant throughout the stay. On top of that, the air conditioning unit would not maintain the temperature properly and seemed to run continuously, making it difficult to get comfortable or sleep well. Overall, what should have been a simple hotel stay turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the reservation issues, room changes, unpleasant odors, noise, and malfunctioning climate control, I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t be staying here again.

Air conditioning didn’t work, maintenance went up 2x, never moved more than a degree. Stay away from room 331

The room was old and in need of repairs, and the airconditioner was like a prop plane engine when it turned on, it kept the room cool but still loud. I habe stayed at this hotel prior but this was the less than enjoyable stays overall. I hope the next time I stay it is better as before. As I have decided to use one of the Holiday Inns next month's stay.

Pleasant staff, clean room, comfortable bed, fun pool area. Breakfast was OK, but why do they have it end so early?

Beds were really comfy! Rooms were clean. Pool needs some attention, lots of rust stains around edge looking unsightly. Breakfast was better than average hotel buffet breakfast. Would stay here again

We were only able to do breakfast together one of the days , lovely choices. Excellent staff , we ate in the lounge one night , excellent staff

Very dated, needs up grades. Desk in room was sticky? Beds very comfortable, amenities great. Restaurant on site mediocre.

It is very old hotel, from pictures it looked nice but you can actually smell the oldness as you enter the room. The beds were also old and uncomfortable. Cleanliness was terrible. I will no be going there again. Would not recommend for families.

It was so beautiful and they did s free upgrade for us which was awesome with a 5 month old

The lobby was beautiful, but unfortunately that's not where we stayed. Rooms were okay. The pool and hot tub were not in great condition, and the breakfast was absolutely awful.

The breakfast is not very good (but to be expected for the fair value of the room rate).

Enjoyable stay, clean hotel and nice breakfast. Staff did do their best to accommodate our early check in, which we really appreciated.

Clean, friendly, great pool!

My room was updated, clean and spacious.

This hotel is so run down, carpets are torn and the wallpaper is peeling off in some parts of our room. The shower was 2 small to bath in, and it sloped towards the drain. The plug in our sink and tub did not work and the water drained slow. We were 3 people and I had to ask for towels for the 3 person. Our phone didn’t work, so I had to go down to front desk to ask for these amenities including toilet paper. Our last night the air conditioner quit working and it was so hot in our room, and you can’t open windows. I forgot the breakfast was DISCUSTING I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

Great value for the money. Everything was great. The only small suggestion is better lighting. The hallways seemed dark. Even in the morning, the shades in the dining room were drawn and it was dark.
