The view from the room is great. However, hotel overall is outdated and badly managed. The services are not good.

La chambre était de bonne grandeur, il manque toutefous d'entretient, siège de toilette mal fixé, tâches aux plafonds, tapisserie endommagée, une rénovation serait bienvenue. La locasisation de l'hôtel est excellente, le restaurant ciel est un gros avantage La

Le service à la clientèle a été parfait. C'est juste que la chambre manque un peu beaucoup d'amour. Il faudrait rajeunir l'environnement (planché, bain/douche, mobilier, matelas). Par contre, La vue était parfaite et le hall d'entrée très invitant. Nous avons été au 2 restaurants et là aussi c'était parfait (bouffe et service)

Yes, the place can be a bit dated. But if you want immaculate and up to date, then the $300 a night hotels would be more up your alley. Employees are great. Everyone has been bilingual. Pool and hot tub area better than most hotel I stay at. Main floor restaurant is classy without being pretentious and unaffordable. Housekeeping has impressed me. Was greeted anytime I passed in the hallway and daily checked if I needed anything else. The view is phenomenal.

Clean, friendly and great amenities

Clean room, friendly staff, on-site breakfast restaurant and of course the top floor, rotating restaurant. Very easy parking, wonderful location with access to many city things as well as the green space of The Plains of Abraham. Amazing views! Only drawback, Hot tub needs to be hotter!

Everything met expectations

La chambre était propre, le resto très bon et le service très courtois.

Chambre spacieuse avec lit king par contre Il y avait de la moisissure du côté de la fenêtre. Les spas sont agréables mais les jets sont faibles. La piscine est chauffée, je suis rentrée rapidement. Hötel très bien situé en plein centre ville, très pratique.

The whole hotel is dated and could use some upgrades. Front desk was slow but mainly because hotel was busy. Rooms were clean but hotel itself wasn’t well kept. The lobby was super noisy, crowded and not very clean.

The location was excellent! Great proximity to old Quebec and winter carnival. Very busy hotel for carnival weekend, sometimes had to wait a few minutes for elevators. Nice amenities with indoor pool/hot tubs and work out room. Room was basic but a comfortable bed. Staff was very nice. Would stay again for location!

The staff was very pleasant to deal with, and we enjoyed our stay there
