Las habitaciones están muy viejas les falta remodelación los baños y los muebles ya están viejos los cuartos tienen olor a humedad

I canceled the booking for one night, and re-booked it for 2 nights. I need to check if i've been charged for both of the bookings

We have stayed here many times, and have always been genuinely pleased but this last stay was not what we expected. Service was slow (almost 2 hours for lunch of sandwiches and a salad). The main pool was so dirty with leaves and dirt we decided not to even get in the pool despite that being one of the reasons we like the property, and then getting ready for dinner we find there is no hot water for showers. We waited and hour, still not hot water. We called the front desk, the gentleman gave no response and just said they would look into it. We left two hours later to go to a different hotel. Very unfortunate as we genuinely like Hotel Lucerna but we expect more considering the property and cost.

Mi experiencia en Hotel Lucerna Tijuana fue mixta. Quiero destacar que el servicio del personal fue siempre muy cordial, atento y profesional. Agradezco especialmente el early check-in, así como la excelente atención de los recepcionistas y bell boys, quienes hicieron todo lo posible por brindar un buen servicio. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación dejó mucho que desear. Al llegar encontré cabellos en el baño y en el piso, además de suciedad visible en el suelo del baño, incluyendo líneas negras en las juntas. También había un constante olor a drenaje dentro de la habitación que resultó bastante desagradable. Por otro lado, la habitación fue muy ruidosa durante la noche, lo que dificultó el descanso. En general, fue una experiencia decepcionante. Aunque el trato del personal fue excelente, las deficiencias en limpieza, mantenimiento y confort hacen que sinceramente no considere hospedarme nuevamente en este hotel. Debido a que mi estancia era únicamente por una noche, decidí quedarme y no realizar un reporte formal durante mi visita.

This hotel is one of the older hotels in Tijuana in terms of how long it has been here. It’s been well maintained and is a lovely oasis in the middle of the very busy city of Tijuana. The pool area is lovely, the restaurants are good and the rooms very confortable. My stay involved ‘medical tourism’ and it was close to the hospital/clinic where I went for treatment.

My new go to spot! Hospitality was great. Conveniently located as well.

The large room on a VIP floor was great but the walls are paper thin. I could hear the soft snoring of the guest next door. Rooms with adjoining doors are not my favorite.

Other than the early housekeeping knock on the door the day of departure all was well.

The rooms and location are beautiful, all of the restaurants were great and very delicious! Also, I want to highlight the front desk staff because they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were very helpful!

We paid 30.00 for brunch per person. Limited selection, not all food items were available. Not the friendliest staff in the restaurant
