The staff were friendly.

i could say it worth for money. I felt satisfied with anything at the hotel. Must stay there if I visit Calgary next time.

Curtains need to be improved.

What we liked about this hotel was the price! What we didn’t like was how rundown this place was! The carpets looked like they needed a good cleaning or just throwing away! Also the elevator button did not work on the 5th floor so we had to walk down to the forth to access the elevator. The 5th floor smelled like it was the smoking friendly floor, once we got to our room things got better,nice and cool and a comfy bed. The staff was really good, in addition the continental breakfast was convenient and had enough options to keep us happy.

Breakfast menu could include hot food, and probably not impacting costs. Gym could have some weights to bring more choices to the customers. Carpet on halway had stains and dark spots. Excellent service, very kind staff, with the culture of supporting the guests.

Staffs are great!

Great spaceous room, enough space for the whole family, able to spend more time together with friends from another room. Room is clean, air-conditioner works well, we had a good sleep. Staff were cordial.

Overall a nice place to stay. Only stayed one night to catch an early flight out of Calgary. Only dislike was I didn’t feel the pillows were not comfortable.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Friday night parking was not available had to park along the building not leaving much room for other cars to move. The elevator was sketchy, we were on the 5th floor. We could ride all the way to floor but going down you had to walk to 4th floor to go down, not fun with luggage and bad ankle. The king size bed was sunken in the middle so we got to cuddle all night. Not the best sleep. But in the hot weather the ac was awesome and one of the best shower pressures in a hotel we have had.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly! Parking was convenient.

property located next to other hotels and in an area that looksto be in transition. room itself was nice clean and quiet. there is a group of interesting food choices just a block away where we chose a new bbq spor which was excellent

Would double check rates or go to a different hotel. Charged me a different rate than advertised on Expedia once I arrived. No solution/refund of difference provided from hotel or Expedia

The room looks clean, smells good. Have a kettle in the room would be more lovely.

It was confusing where to park at first because the hotel shares a lot with another hotel that was under construction. The construction was noisy as early as 7am our second morning. The breakfast was ok. Nothing great. Good deal for the price.

It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights to visit and explore the city. Very convenient since it’s close to the public C-train station to go to downtown- just 3 minutes walk.

Very clean and nice room, I just hope there's more kitchen utensils and cooking supplies provided since we paid for a room with "kitchenette". Need more parking space. Great customer service though, friendly staff. Will for sure come back.

It was a great stay

Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful every time I stay here. Normally, I stay in the tower that is attached to the lobby and everything is wonderful. This past time, my room was in the back building which isn't as nice as the main building. The room was large with good amenities though.
