隔音不好，熱水不熱，浴缸很髒

Lidt slidt konferencehotel i udkanten af Londonderry. Lidt bøvlet til- og frakørsel direkte fra en særdeles trafikeret rundkørsel. Lidt langt til byen, men fik af hotellet anbefalet en P-plads lige overfor city, der så kunne tilgås via fodgængerbroen Peace Bridge. OK.

Entrance and reception were very nice, large car park, staff were lovely and helpful. We had the continental breakfast which was very good. What let's the hotel down is the rooms which are in need of some refurbishment. The bathroom was ok but bedroom had old fashioned well worn furniture and there was a stale musty smell in the room but this could have been stale cigarette smoke as there were cigarette butts outside the window.

Stayed a week until today Haven't been in a position to book a full week or another week in advance. Front desk informed me this morning that tonight I would have to pay approx 50% more and move to another room, since they have a bus load of people booking in. I said I would stay on another week if they can keep my price the same as before.....but desk staff were unable to do that. My reason for staying at the Waterfoot was solely to be close to the Gransha Hospital where my sister has been a patient for the past seven months......so I could visit her 2-3 times a day So I left.....and have just booked into the newly renovated and constructed Da Vinci Hotel.......... a beautiful and modern boutique hotel with a beautiful restaurant/bar and an amazing cafe/coffee shop as well.............at a price well below that requested by the outdated Waterfoot hotel for tonight. I will stay here for at least the next week or two. When my wife arrives from the US in a week or two we will stay at Da Vinci Hotel. Da Vinci has the same owner as the Ebrington Hotel.

At reception Christine was very friendly and even gave us an upgrade. The hotel was very good value. We didn't have breakfast but did have an evening meal, which was excellent. All the staff have time to chat and gave us some useful info about visiting the city. Will definitely return.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled on first night so missed out on one night stay , room was lovely, breakfast was great with good choice . Had a meal in the restaurant with friends and we all agreed it was delicious .Outdoor areas could do with a wee freshen up and lick of paint but nothing major

The receptionist, Kirsten, could not have been more helpful. The hotel was very quiet the night we stayed but it was a Thursday. Our room was large in comparison to more modern hotels. There wasn’t any air conditioning but an electric fan was provided. The shower was good.

No gym or place to exercise. No pool

I had a great stay here while I was visiting my mother who is receiving palliative care in a local care home. The staff at the watetfoot were very kind and caring and it was lovely to have a nice room to stay in after long days with my mother. I must say that the shower in my room was brilliant.

Good staff very professional comfortable bed had a good stay parking great no complaints.

Rooms were very dirty , found pizza under the bed.

The room was very smelly.. a sewage type smell.... The mirror in the room was also very dirty.

Beautiful hotel, great food and friendly staff. I stayed 3 nights. Didn't have breakfast but enjoyed an evening meal on the first night. Will definitely return.
