The staff here are friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating. We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. They even let us check in early after a long overnight flight from Canada. I was thrilled. It is located at right in the middle of the city and was very easy to get around. Loved it and highly recommend! They even gave me a birthday surprise. amazing hotel.

We booked the hotel for it's prime location and were glad we did. Breakfast, service at reception, and all aspects in general were wonderful

Great check in. Great location. But…bathroom had slight sewage smell and very uncomfortable bed. Sagged on my side.

A stone away from shopping and site seeing

I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and room, everything was impeccable. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and always willing to help. In addition, the location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, my stay was extremely enjoyable, and I truly hope to return in the future.

Well located! It’s clean, friendly staff. The biscuits in the reception are delicious. 2 restaurants on site. The only thing is that they don’t provide you any bottled water.

Beautiful hotel

We were so pleased we stayed here. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. The location is excellent - right beside St Stephen’s Cathedral and a underground stop just outside. We could walk to many of Christmas markets from here. The breakfast was really special - full range of cooked, continental, pasteries, cake and even fresh honey. We couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Kauniisti sisustettu deluxe huone, josta nyt hiukan rajoitettu näkymä rakennustelineiden vuoksi. Hyvä sänky, perinteiset ei kovin ergonomiset tuolit. Suihku ammeessa, liukas. Kaikki siistiä. Hyvä aamiainen, itse tehtyä munakokkelia ja myös pikkubratwursteja, kuohuviini puuttui. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, tosin lähtiessä olisi voinut kysyä miten viihdyitte ja toivottaa tervetulleeksi uudestaan. Hotelli hyvällä paikalla kävelykadun ja joulutorin vieressä. Sujuva kuljetus lentokentälle.
