The hotel room was fine except the "floor to ceiling" windows were filthy due to construction next door. The view was an open excavation and building walls...Could have been more up front about that, but understand they can't control construction.. The rooms are not sound proofed...could hear other guests and noisy stairwell because the elevators were slow so alot of people used them. Otherwise, the little hidden kitchen was well equipped. Staff was friendly.

Would not go back.

Excellent location. Room was spacious but dated. Air conditioning was marginal. Elevator waits were frustratingly long.

Overall stay was ok. We liked the pool on the roof. Gym is so so. Breakfast we had better in other hotels. Only three small elevators. Often they were full or waiting time was long.

We paid $300 per night for 3 nights for each of 2 rooms .The view was horrendous. Some back alley with rusted roofs. Couldn’t be any worse

Everything was great, except maybe the elevators which were a little small.

This is a great location close to metro, easy to get around everywhere. Was nice to have a small kitchen to cook some meals as we were there for so long. Kitchen could have used a few more things (knives, cutting board) but overall good. Enough space for my family of four to be comfortable for the week. Would recommend overall and would stay here again.

Good location, 2km to downtown and old Montreal. Only valet parking is available, but parking lots are limited, especially for SUVs and minivans. The sofa bed in family suit is horrible, sleep on the decade old mattress, you can clearly feel every spring. I clearly noted that we are 2 adults and 2 Children when made reservation, but the sofa bed is not prepared at all when we checked in, I call to ask bed sheet. Disappointed
