Rooms were not dirty, but this place requires serious maintenance. In summer days no proper AC in the room (I tried to turn on central AC and it was making sounds that felt like grinding metal) and in the room was portable AC unit with hose placed through opened door. It didn't seem to be temporary fix, but looked like an attempt for long term solution as door was kinda sealed with that hose placed in it. I say kinda, which meant not properly so mosquitoes kept getting inside the room. Whole night couldn't sleep because it was hot and that portable AC was making terrible noise (phone measured around 50dB). I guess this hotel used to be very lovely place, but that must have been a long while ago unfortunately.

Le seul bémol dans cet hotel c'est le spa...il est tjrs fermé tellement dommage. Sinon tout est très bien.

Hotel che frequento da alcuni anni. Ora fa parte di una catena low profile. Potrebbe dare di più ma gode di poca fortuna. Ha una SPA ora chiusa. Peccato!! La sala colazione un po’ abbandonata a se stessa! Basterebbe poco per migliorare i servizi! La camera grande e pulita.

L'hotel è molto carino e il personale preparato e gentile, pronto ad aiutarti. La nota negativa è il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza dalla quale purtroppo si sente troppo rumore proveniente sia dai corridoi che dalle stanze accanto e che non ti aiutano molto a dormire. Del resto la stanza era pulita e confortevole.

Staff were super helpful. Always available and happy to help when they can. Room was clean. Good distance from both bus stops and the local train station which makes it easy to get into the city and around Turin. Would definitely recommend

Zimmer sauber, Dusche im Bad müsste entkalkt werden. Kühlschrank war kaputt. Obwohl es einen großen Balkon gab, keinerlei Möbel vorhanden.

Piscine non fonctionnelle. La piscine est la raison pour laquelle j'avais réservé. Cela pourrait être indiqué au moment de la réservation
