Location was great for dinner locations or evening entertainment.

We arrived around 4:30 p.m., and the room wasn't ready. Once assigned a room, we discovered it was already occupied.

I love our stay at this hotel. Staffs are all welcoming and so nice. Hotel is so clean and no bad smell. The Manager Fernan is so nice, Riz at fthe ront desk helps us with our needs and also Keira is really nice and accommodating. Thank you so much! The cons is the corner of the bed. Me, my daughter and my husband bumped into it and it is really painful. I hit my knees 3x. Other than that EXCELLENT hotel, nice place to stay and there’s a selections of good restaurant in the area.

We were visiting for a hospital appointment. The hotel staff were very kind to let us keep our car there past check out.

Convenient location

The way hotels charge you for their rooms is always interesting and I’m still not sure if I paid enough or was overcharged for a “third-party booking fee.” Parking was fine. Rooms were fine. Location was fine. It was fine.

Great hotel! Wonderful option if you have pets, albeit a tad expensive. The breakfast was good, but the rooms are the true highlight in this hotel.

Room clean staff helpful

Friendly, helpful staff made the stay a good experience. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel's central location and underground parking were quite convenient.

Team is always very helpful

Parking is an extra cost, so be prepared for that. The bar across the street called “Barney’s” played their music so loud until 2:15am that I could hear it from my room and couldn’t sleep. The gym is pretty sad. Very minimal space and equipment. The room was nice, a little dusty and the bathroom itself was anticlimactic. I think there could have been some nicer touches to the room to make it feel more luxurious. A little goes a long way. Since I only got 5 hours of sleep thanks to the noise from that bar, I will not be staying there again. It sounded like there was a concern going on inside my room.

Overall stay was good but I wondered why the boiled eggs were always cold?

Located in good location, close to lots of restaurants. Room was clean. Breakfast needs to supply more non allergy options. Also hallways and rooms need painting.

The HVAC was thundering thru our room we didn’t sleep a wink we called down 3 times and John said that’s how it is .at 2 am it started beeping and thundering it was like we were on top of freezers and the compressors were so loud . He finally told us he would comp out night and in the morning they charged us for the room but not the parking spot. Never going back again
