Great location and nice room.

Wonderful location! Close to everything in old town and transportation for beyond. The hotel is a veritable museum of navel and sailing artifacts. Very unique!

Jättefin hotellbyggnad och lobby. Rummet var högst upp med snedtak. Det gjorde att det var svårt att röra sig runt i rummet. Soligt ute så väldigt varmt i rummet. Gick inte att sänka temperaturen som stod på 28 grader. Bekväm säng. Ett stort skåp som tog för mkt plats i ett rum som inte var så stort, hade varit bättre med krokar. Liten men välsmakande frukost. Bra läge i gamla stan och nära tunnelbana.

Perfect location to everything in Old Town

This hotel in Gamla Stan was charming and convenient to restaurants and tourist sites. The staff was very helpful especially the young man at the front desk who warmly greeted us each day and answered many of our questions. The breakfast provided many options. The bathroom had many amenities including nice robes. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The hotel is cute and located just off one of the main streets of Gamla Stan. The basic double rooms are a bit small for a couple with suitcases and the 5th floor rooms have a sloped ceiling, making them a bit more cramped. The breakfast is great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We’d probably book a deluxe room next time, but would definitely come back.

It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm.

Excelent location and great breakfest!

The room was pretty small and while checking in they told me I am upgraded to a bigger room, so cannot picture how small my original room would be. TV remote was not working and they somehow could not fix it. They should do something with the window so that it can become darker. With the current shade, it was really light out and it made me wake up couple of times at nite. On the other hand, breakfast was good, staff was super friendly, location was good and the hotel had a nice decoration and details all over. It was a nice touch to put a nightcap in my room with my name written on it. Thank you.

Chambre tres propre personnel accueillant et serviable a l écoute Petit déjeuner tres copieux varié et bon. On n a pas tester le bar . Seul bémol le store de la chambre le soleil se levant tres tôt a Stockolm on était réveillés a 3h30 du matin pas top.😒

Vi hade en väldigt trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var fantastisk – både kunnig, professionell och väldigt vänlig. Särskilt imponerade blev vi av personalen i hotellbaren som tog med oss på en rundvandring i både vinkällaren och grappa-rummet. Det märktes verkligen att de hade stor kunskap och ett genuint intresse för det de gör. Servicen gjorde hela upplevelsen extra minnesvärd. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

The in-room coffee and cups were not replenished the next morning.

Good location. Very clean hotel. Disappointed there was no tea/coffee provided in the room. Only on reading reviews of the hotel on our return did we find out there is a beverage area on each floor. Maybe the reception staff could inform the guests on check in??? We were next to the lift so we had no occasion to wander the corridors. Also, the water provided on our first day wasn't left again. When we enquired at reception we were told we could have it if we asked. This is quite unusual in a hotel. We have travelled extensively and can't recall having to do this. On the plus side breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet at night.

Some (most) staff were friendly. More amenities needed in room (a kettle, rather than being in the hallway) and hotel is due an update soon I would say, as it's starting to look a little worn. Great location though and would probably stay again.
