Don’t expect air conditioning in your room, it doesn’t work very well.

Very clean, and amazing staff

Room was good and the staff excellent. Breakfast in the restaurant was expensive and not great! Parking in the public lot.

Service impeccable

Great food at the 102 district restaurant. The staff were so pleasant and always ready to help. Always a smile on their faces. It was great to see and very appreciated

Reception was friendly, quick and efficient. The room was lovely, large and immaculately clean. Its bery close to Rogers Place and good value for the money. The food in the restaurant was terrific.

The rooms an building a very clean parking is also very nice considering I had a 3/4 diesel in city center security for conferences though not a stay with your kids hotel but great still!

Very modern and clean

We received an upgrade to an executive suite and it was wonderful! Spacious, clean, quite and very comfortable bed. Staff were excellent.

Clean and quiet hotel, very nice. Fantastic location one block from Rogers, parking is public but it’s close and tons of it. Price is fantastic.

The staff and restaurant food were exceptional!

Nespresso coffee in the room

The one and only negative experience we had was how our room was placed right near the elevator. Staff were not aware and did not pay attention to how loud some of other guests were. From 12am-3am, there were multiple instances where other guests were incredibly loud right outside the elevator in the hallway. The hotel staff need to be more aware of other guests during quiet hours, it was very disruptive. Other than that, it was all great.

We booked a suite and the room was clean and nice but the layout is a bit strange that in the living room space there's no windows at all so it feels a bit dark and closed off. The room was not very well stocked either - two paper cups and two water glasses - for a suite with a bar space I would expect more.

Some issues with noise and a missed room maid service but after contacting staff , Issues were resolved and a dinner credit was provided. Staff were professional and dealt with these issues promptly and very respectful.
