在立陶宛属于外观上现代的酒店了，房间也比较大，适合一家四口住，条件不错！但是工作人员态度比较冷漠，早餐的味道一般。打扫卫生的工作人员比较热情的。性价比还行吧，没有想象的那么好！毕竟价格比其他贵挺多，期望高了

Fick checka in redan kl 12, då vi anlände betydligt tidigare än vi brukar. Superbra läge med stora gågatan med all restauranger och uteliv precis runt hörnet. Stort plus med parkeringen som är smidig och privat. Grym frukost, trevlig personal, sköna sängar. Mycket nöjd. :)

Disqusting breakfast cleanliness! The pile of ”clean” plates and cups were actually dirty and when i said about it the waiter really had to look through several plates to find me a plate which did not have old food stuck in it. When i brought this up for the breakfast booth manager, she said ”I know” and dismissed me. For a 40€ hostel this experience would be ok. Not for triple the price in a hotel room with separately paid breakfast. This has never been the experince in other radissons.

Opfyldte alle behov for overnatning i Kaunas. Desværre var der andre gæster der festede og holdt os vågne to nætter i træk. Vi måtte ringe til Frontdesk flere gange om bede dem stoppe høj musik.

Overall everything was good. We stayed with two small children in family room that had a seperate room for kids. Breakfast was ok, nothing super fancy, but selection was ok, what you would expect in such european hotels. Parking was offered at 12 eur per 24h hours which was chepaer than street parking. Hotel is very close to main walking street which is a great location for bars and restaurants.

We would like to thank Karina, he speaks very good English, and she was very polite, Restaurant is ok, location is central, single rooms are a bit too cramped, but in general I recommend.

Sängarna var sköna, rummet rent och frukosten mycket god. Tyvärr var informationen om bastuns öppettider (kl. 18–23) väldigt otydlig. Vi bokade hotellet specifikt för bastuns skull och blev besvikna när vi inte kunde använda den efter frukosten. Det borde framgå tydligare på hemsidan eller vid incheckning.

Check in was a bit slow. Reception was nice and friendly, good short time parking in front of the hotel and larger long time Parking on the side of the Hotel. Location close to nice pedestrian steet with a lot of restaurants. Room was cold and the temperature regulator did not heat in the 3 days i was there. Fan speed was adjustable so the cold air could be stopped. Free fizzy water near the elevator. The hot choclate was not refilled - but the coffe was. Breakfast was standard, but last day there were rush-in so long line in front of the coffe maschine. Doors are not opened before time. All in all not super but pretty standard.

Frühstück 08/15. Das Personal hätte deutlich freundlicher sein können. Die Bar war eine Katastrophe. Man musste seine Getränke selbst bestellen, am Tresen abholen und dort gleich bezahlen. Das ist in einem Luxushotel nicht angemessen. Teilweise ist so viel los, dass der Barkeeper es allein nicht schafft. Ich habe 30 min. gewartet und bin dann gegangen. Das Hotel setzt stark auf Gruppenreisen, mit den entsprechenden Nachteilen für Business-Gäste. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer in Ordnung. Schlicht, aber sauber.
